    Customer Service Consultant - Temporary

    Your area of responsibility:    

    • The primary activity for a customer service consultant is to process orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    • When required escalate queries and complaints to the correct department manager.
    • General administrative duties including filing of completed orders and credit notes.
    • Preparing correspondence and quotes and providing product knowledge on company products to clients.
    • Assuring that back orders are released when stock is booked in and back-order reports completed weekly and sent to stock controller.
    • Keeping the out-of-stock notice board up to date.
    • Assuring that all returns are actioned accordingly, and that the customer credit gets completed.
    • Sorting of post and internal print work.
    • Booking out of sample requests and making sure the correct clients receive the samples.
    • Building and maintaining a professional relationship with Hartmann customers.
    • Maintain customer records by updating account information.

    What we look for:

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
    • Exemplary planning and time management skills
    • High level verbal and written communications skills

    Clinician (Western Cape)

    Your area of responsibility:    

    • Support both internal & external customers with up to date clinical information relating to HARTMANN Wound Care portfolio as well as the Hollister portfolio 
    • Identify & Develop best practice with the use of HARTMANN and Hollister solutions in the form of case studies, medical journal writing, poster presentation and clinical forum presentations 
    • Co-ordinate and deliver wound and ostomy care education internally and externally at both regional and national level 
    • Educate and assist Nursing Staff with the safe and effective delivery of care within the designated area and ensure a high standard of patient care in liaison with Ward Managers, Consultants and other professionals.  
    • Evaluate and review patterns of working, giving professional support to the ward / department in conjunction with the lead ET/ and Woundcare in the clinic. 
    • To educate and assist Nursing staff with pre -operative assessment, citing and counselling of patients  
    • To educate and assist Nursing staff with postoperative support and care to patients  
    • To assist Nursing staff with selection of suitable postoperative products. 
    • To schedule appointments with patients who are unable to attend hospital clinics and if requested by Product Specialist (after approval by Sales & Product Manager) 
    • Complete required administration tasks which may include salesforce.com, D4 Patient Information, [ETMS], sample requests for patients, recording boot stock inventories twice a week, and completing monthly reports on activities. 
    • Ensure data privacy is in line with POPIA regulations including appropriate collection, storage and transmission of any customer data. 

    What we look for:

    • Degree or Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as Professional Nurse.  
    • Stomaltherapy qualification / currently working as a Stomaltherapy Nurse / working in a GIT ward or busy doing a Stomaltherapy Course would be advantageous. 
    • Woundcare qualification / currently working as Woundcare nurse or busy doing a Woundcare course would be advantageous 
    • 4 years’ experience in a clinical setting working with patients and/or end users 
    • Willingness to travel
