    Team Leader (Mobile)

    Responsibilities

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring growth targets for mobile betting are achieved. Analysing financial information to identify trends, manage costs, and increase revenue in the team. Ensuring proactive reporting on these areas.

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    • Work closely with Area Managers to meet required targets on Active and Qualified accounts
    • Plan marketing campaigns with the assistance of the Area Manager and Marketing Team
    • Facilitate promotional activities daily
    • Ensure marketing material is available and in good condition for CSI handovers at Regional and National campaigns, all campaigns should be completed successfully and professionally
    • Measure effectiveness of promotions (ROI) use Promo Tracker to measure the effectiveness of the promotion or event
    • Conduct market analysis/research to make suggestions for improvements
    • Recruitment, interviewing, and coordinating with AM/Trainer for induction.
    • The performance and team management of Mobile Clerks includes the setting of daily targets, completing performance reviews, (twice a year), and conducting day-to-day people management functions such as HR/IR and the poor performance management (PIP) functions
    • Growth, branding, and rollout of Top Up Voucher outlets in all distributor networks. Visiting outlets where required
    • Organize continuous training to ensure mobile clerks have been trained to understand betting types, betting processes, mobile betting, and TUV
    • Ensure that cash-ups are done following cash-up procedures. Responsible to ensure that there are no shortages. Report all shortages to management
    • Weekly completion of all Moodle/Bet strike and Voice note training and Trainer on Wheels
    • Provide day-to-day operational support to Area Managers
    • Daily Reports
    • Management of the team members leave, absenteeism, and attendance.
    • Management of stock (daily report on stock levels and usage)
    • Any other related duties that might be required

    • Drive mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign up new online accounts.
    • Must keep records of their sales activities and report their progress to management daily.

    • Assist customers in submitting correct FICA documents when opening a new account (FICA requirements: Clear ID)
    • Ensure new customer uses the sign-up bonus to bet when an account is opened and show the
    • customer how to bet on the mobile application.
    • Keep work areas neat and tidy to promote a positive image to customers.
    • Ensure appropriate management, safekeeping, and maintenance of all mobile equipment.

    • Might be required to roam between branches and stores as per operational needs.

    Quality Assurance Team Leader

    You Bring:

    • 3-years Call Centre experience in a customer service role.
    • Reporting and analysis or QA experience.

    A Bonus to have:

    • Betting experience
    • Team management experience.

    What You’ll do for the Brand:

    • Supervise the daily operations of the QA department and QA team, with assessors responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions (calls, emails, chats & other).
    • Ensure alignment of Contact Centre SOP’s and QA training, coaching and assessment
    • Oversee the integration of QA assessment and coaching for social media and other online platforms
    • Management and allocation of team tasks and duties
    • Conduct regular quality calibration sessions with team members and operations respectively, to ensure consistent scoring and alignment with business goals (to align with scorecards and guidelines).
    • Collate QA reports for contact centre and statistics for campaigns.
    • Highlight areas of development based on contacts evaluated, (either product knowledge, soft skills/telephone etiquette etc.) and provide feedback to the contact centre management team
    • Provide collated monthly reporting on contact centre progress.
    • Manage reporting on QA activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as agent adherence to quality standards.
    • Oversee training guide creation and coaching training content based on the insights taken from evaluations.
    • Identify trends and effectively alert the respective Departmental Management team.
    • Develop and implement corrective measures for implementation by Management.
    • Handle escalated issues and coach QA assessors on complex evaluations and feedback delivery.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and implementing process enhancements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practice in quality assurance and contact centre operations.
    • Any other ad hoc duties that might be required.
