    RPH I Enrolled Nurse I Trauma & Emergency

    Main Focus Areas

    • Enrolled  Nurse will render and promote cost effective, safe quality patient care in accordance with hospital standards and policies and will further be responsible for direct and/ or indirect nursing care of a patient or a group of patients for assessing, planning, executing and supervising the implementation of care to meet patient’s needs

    SPH Financial Manager

    Main Focus Areas

    • The Financial Manager is the financial custodian of the Hospital and responsible for financial reporting, management and analysis of monthly performance. The Financial Manager will be directly responsible for identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions to effect efficiencies and implementation and maintenance of a system of financial control across the Hospital.

    Ward Administrator – Surgical Ward 3

    Main Focus Areas

    • Ensure all new admissions are on the patient's name board with the time and date.

    • Discharges may only occur once the Doctor has given his consent in writing

    SPH Case Manager x 2 (Fixed Term Contract)

    Main Focus Areas

    • The Case Manager utilising clinical knowledge and expertise, mitigates financial risk through comprehensive and accurate coding of hospital events, communication with funders on justification for hospitalisation level of care and length of stay.

    Main Focus Areas

    • The Clinical Facilitator is responsible for the clinical facilitation of training and development, learning of the theoretical and clinical component in a clinical environment to reinforce the learning process as well as the integration of theory and practice.

    RHHC Infection Prevention Control

    Main Focus Areas

    • The Infection Control Coordinator will be responsible to plan, develop and implement an infection control programme for the hospital using  infection control standards and international best practice

    Key Performance Areas: (include but are not limited to)
