    Sales Representative: New Vehicles - Kempton Park

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • To ensure that the Brand and Dealership is actively marketed and promoted in the target market.
    • To penetrate the vehicle market in a well organised, trained and professional manner.
    • To maximize sales by identifying new customers and to maintain current customers.
    • To benchmark customer satisfaction and standards of the dealership and OEM are maintained.
    • Achieve and exceed targeted unit sales and first gross profit.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Grade 12.
    • 3 years automotive sales experience – preferred with proven track record.
    • Valid and unendorsed drivers license.
    • Relevant OEM Sales certification will be an advantage.
    • Proven track record of an average CSI rating above national.

    Technical Authorisations Agent

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • Handling incoming calls and ensuring that monthly service level targets are met, both personal and departmental
    • Verifying policy details and supplying dealers with information on request
    • Asses technical information on previous claims
    • Admin duties related to claims and authorisations
    • Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
    • Liaising with all internal divisions and providing info to necessary parties

    Sales Executive: Used Vehicles - Vereeniging Multifranchise (x2)

    Key Tasks:

    • Customer and sales management.
    • Develop the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
    • Drive specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.
    • Prospect for new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
    • Sell vehicle features and benefits.
    • Handle customer questions and overcome objections.

    Sales Manager: Used Vehicles - West Rand Multifranchise

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maximizing sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers to meet sales forecast.
    • Developing the necessary sales organization to meet sales and profitability objectives.
    • Ensuring optimum stock of vehicles on premises.
    • Ensuring cost control to budget within the department.
    • Ensure adequate product display material is available.
    • Review all pricing policies, discounts and “trade-in” dealing to maintain Dealership profitability.
    • Monitor financial performance of sales department weekly.
    • Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with timeously and effectively.
    • Ensure that vehicle is delivered according to OEM quality and safety standards.
    • Ensure that departmental customer satisfaction/ expectation targets are met.
    • Ensure direct and indirect costs remain within Company prescribed parameters.
    • Ensure that Sales Executives receive new model launch training.
    • Establish the staffing levels and the training required to achieve sales objectives.
    • Ensure that all floorplan activities are monitored.
    • Ensure stock level is kept within company policy requirements.
    • Maximize sale of back-end products.

    Experience and Knowledge Required:

    • A minimum of 5 years vehicle sales experience within the motor vehicle industry. Relevant experience in used car sales is essential.
    • Track record of accurate vehicle valuations, setting and adjusting pricing is essential.
    • Prior experience in a sales management role; managing, leading, administering and motivating a sales team to achieve objectives, to guide and implement effective sales processes and systems, and to ensure achievement of business sales objectives is preferred.
    • A previous successful track record in sales is required.
    • Knowledge & understanding of OEM target management and variable margin programmes is an advantage.
    • Prior experience in Renault sales or similar brand - highly desired.
    • Sales compliance management experience is required.

    Qualifications Required:

    • Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
    • A relevant tertiary qualification NQF6+ (e.g. sales/ marketing/ business management) qualification - an added advantage.

    Administrator: Debtors | Europcar | Bruma

    Job Outputs:

    • Card account process & reconciliation
    • Debit card processing

    Specialist: Technician - Service

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • To carry out diagnostic work and to implement the relevant actions required in terms of servicing / repairing vehicles.
    • To take steps to ensure the servicing of vehicles remains within the targeted percentages of the manufacturers' time.
    • To discuss matters with the service advisors and customers as required and to provide concrete explanations.
    • To ensure standards are maintained with vehicle care and safety whilst performing functions.
    • To ensure vehicles are returned to the customer after service in a neat and clean condition.
    • To adhere to Motus as well as OEM policies, procedures, and expectations.
    • To recommend purchases of capital equipment if need be.
    • To complete all forms and documentation as required and to draft relevant reports if need be.
    • To mentor apprentices, sign off logbooks and evaluate their technical ability.
    • Ensure effective communication with staff, across departments, with customers and service providers.
    • Willingness to participate in marketing campaigns when required.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Valid Trade certificate as technician – essential.
    • Valid unendorsed drivers’ licence.
    • 2 - 3 Year technician experience within the automotive industry.
    • Proven track record for “Fix right first-time.”
    • The following qualifications / experience will be advantageous:
    • OEM recognized certifications and OEM experience as technician.

    Controller: Vehicle Stock - Vereeniging

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • To ensure the accurate and timeous (daily) capture of purchase
    • Verify creditor invoice
    • Basic Admin
    • Bringing cars into stock
    • Invoicing vehicles out
    • Raise / Create Cheque requisition
    • Issuing of orders
    • Monthly reporting on outstanding orders
    • Phone suppliers for outstanding invoices and capture
    • Balancing vehicle costing on Kerridge to the department managers cost sheet.
    • Ensure required documentation is available in deal file before invoicing.
    • Assist stock controller in reporting of sales cards
    • Daily debtor’s allocation and updates to back office
    • Maintain clean and orderly work areas
    • Report any deviations to Financial manager 
    • Stock takes (twice a week) of all vehicles bringing vehicles into stock
    • Provisions on all vehicles that are in stock
    • Issuing purchase orders.
    • Updating stock list with retail prices.
    • Controlling of the Demo Fleet, updating reports to Matrix and back office and weekly stock takes .
    • Controlling of License and registration for the new and used departments.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Grade 12 with mathematics.
    • Bookkeeping course will be an advantage
    • Two years of related clerical experience which includes at least six months' experience in invoicing; OR, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
