    Group Executive: Internal Audit and Assurance

    Assess and report on adequacy of internal:

    • Interpret policy and objectives.
    • Conduct continuous analyses of the environment.
    • Develop audit plans and ensure execution of planned audits.
    • Develop and align strategies.
    • Manage and coordinate ad-hoc audits.
    • Monitor and control corrective actions, and report findings on the findings.
    • Direct the implementation of appropriate processes.

    Manage division according to departmental business plan:

    • Interpret corporate business plan and strategy.
    • Compile business plan in alignment with corporate strategy.
    • Define specific goals and objectives.
    • Compile and implement action plans.
    • Evaluate performance of the section against the plan at least quarterly.
    • Initiate and implement performance enhancements.
    • Set EE targets and initiate actions to meet them.

    Employee management:

    • Delegate duties and responsibilities and supervise employees.
    • Provide in-house training and guidance and support to employees.
    • Motivate employees, provide constructive feedback, and manage the performance of employees.
    • Develop and manage succession plans/personal development plans of employees.
    • Follow internal procedures when dealing with disciplinary related issues.

    Manage departmental finance:

    • Compile budget in accordance with guidelines.
    • Monitor expenditure.
    • Report on variances and implement corrective measures.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications: Relevant Honours degree.
    • Requirements (South Africa): At least 5 years relevant experience (candidates with post article experience will receive preference)

    Trainee: Parts Sales

    Job Responsibilities:

    Provide Efficient Customer Service

    • Establish and maintain good relations with customers.
    • Record and report specific customer needs and requests.
    • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
    • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

    Perform Sales Activities

    • Process and handle customer orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Identify and order spare parts according to customer needs.
    • Perform counter sales and provide efficient after-sales service in line with company policies.
    • Promote sales through parts-related telephone calls.
    • Learn and assist in promoting parts sales during exhibits.
    • Identify and report lost sales to the management team.

    Assist with Stock Control

    • Ensure stock and the work area remain neat and clean at all times.
    • Learn and assist in merchandising stock and support the sales clerks in this duty.
    • Pack and pick stock from the shelves efficiently.
    • Perform ongoing stock balancing to ensure stock levels are maintained.

    Requirements:

    • National Senior Certificate (Matric).
    • Experience in the agriculture parts environment will receive preference
