RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and run the  projects across the 4 Group BU’s, including reporting and feedback to the various executive forums.
• Manage and report on the Program; including liaison with the Change Management stream (HR), Finance Team (Intercompany Trading, Cost Reduction)
• Oversee Program progress

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Business projects with a min of 10 years business transformation experience, including managing transversal programs.
• Business qualification beneficial in the Telecommunications or IT industry. MS Project as reporting tool compulsory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the various projects on the Program which included the value stream projects across the Group and various initiatives.
• Projects for: Enterprise Stream, Customer Experience Stream, Process Stream and Cost Stream. 
• Project Initiatives for: Property disposals, Property Optimisation, Re-engineering Projects.
• Implement and Drive the Operations Improvement Program via the different Project Streams

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Preferably BEng(Industrial)
• 5 years plus experience with strong focus in operations management and optimization experience.  
• Telecommunications experience is beneficial. 
• MS Project as reporting tool compulsory.

Experience and Qualifications

Supplier Chain Optimisation with at least 7 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, report and propose design solutions on BU and Group level to reduce Inventory levels and Inventory measurements to acceptable levels. Each BU deals with different types of inventory, and each need to be investigated separately in conjunction with BU’s, consolidated and performance measurement integrated with the Data Scientist, BI and data engineering capability.

Experience & Qualifications

• BEng (Industrial) with experience in Programming language R/Python and GIS experience added benefit. Focus on Operations Research Optimisation with costing and financial experiences.
• Minimum working experience of two years.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the InfraCo model on GIS together with a property optimization model as requested by stakeholders.
• Develop Operational Review dashboard from multiple data sources to allow for insight and foresight on monthly financial and operational KPI’s
• Assist the CRO to develop various insight models for different aspects and different projects; covering Working Capital, Capex spend, as well as provide optimization tools for the streams which can cover process mining and simulation modelling.
• Track and integrated incremental performance benefits from the various program streams where needed.
