    Consultant, Global Health & Wellbeing Delivery

    Key Responsibilities can include:

    • Provide timely response to all complex H&W queries and utilize appropriate tools to analyze issues, volume, trend etc.
    • Ensure all legally required documents regarding the services are received, followed-up on and handed over to other functions for archiving in the employees’ files on a timely manner and the information is available for company audits and legal suits as needed.
    • Ensure the H&W policies and plan documents are followed and kept accurate
    • Administer H&W benefits programs as assigned.
    • Participate in contract renewal processes and support and/or own vendor governance.
    • Support Total Rewards and Operating Unit teams by providing necessary data and responding to escalations in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Participate in H&W project work as assigned.
    • Participate in the design of global best practices for H&W processes, as well as Total Rewards strategy and policy design with a focus on making our processes simpler, better and faster.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity in previous roles.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
    • Proven problem-solving, time management, and teamwork.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on honesty and transparency.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

    Consultant, Global Total Rewards Administration

    Key Responsibilities can include:

    • Assist in the day-to-day operations of total rewards programs including base salary, variable compensation, benefits, share plan delivery and recognition.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within HR systems and other relevant platforms.
    • Has accountability for ongoing activities, may lead processes or project steps within a broader project
    • Conduct reporting and data analysis to support compensation and benefits decision-making.
    • Develop and generate reports on TR metrics as required by partners and customers. 
    • Identify trends and provide insights to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
    • Identify and analyze process outliers and issues through comprehensive reviews of data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions within standard operating procedures, continuously enhancing our best practices.
    • Interface with Payroll team to make sure compensation, benefits and time & attendance related data are smoothly processed via payroll inputs. Responsible to provide Pre-Payroll input, including but not limited to new hires, leavers, health/life insurance inputs, salary changes, etc.
    • Suggest actions that can improve current total rewards processes, follow legislation changes in assigned countries, share insights, and take part in projects and activities related to Operation Excellence.
    • Support audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate and timely information.
    • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of total rewards programs.
    • Implement best practices and streamline workflows to optimize total rewards operations.
    • Provide guidance and support to HR teams and employees regarding total rewards programs and processes.
    • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for total rewards processes.
    • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of benefits and other total rewards services.
    • Oversee vendor delivery (as assigned) and monitor performance against agreed-upon service levels.  Escalate to senior leadership if delivery failures are not being properly addressed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity in previous roles.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and other relevant software.
    • Demonstrated organization skills, ability to meet deadlines, and teamwork.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on honesty and transparency.

    Manager, Global Health & Wellbeing Delivery

Collaborating with partners (payroll, HR Tech, procurement, Communications, TR leaders, etc) to ensure successful implementations.
    • Ensure all legally required documents regarding the services are received, followed-up on and handed over to other functions for archiving in the employees’ files on a timely manner and the information is available for company audits and legal suits as needed.
    • Ensure existing H&W programs (as assigned) are delivered accurately, customer needs are met, and execution is compliant with regulations and standards. 
    • Respond to escalated issues pertaining to H&W programs from Vendors, teammates and management. 
    • Appy your advanced knowledge of H&W disciplines to identify solutions to complex global H&W issues and to collaborate with peers, partners, vendors, and leaders in designing sustainable solutions.  
    • Ownership and/or participation of vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contract terms, SLAs and overall delivery provided. 

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity in previous roles.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in H&W Benefit delivery 
    • Proven problem-solving, time management, teamwork, and communication skills 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on honesty and transparency.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
    • Knowledge of H&W principles and practices.
