    Sage 300 ERP Manager (Longmeadow)

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

    • The Sage 300 ERP Manager will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Sage 300 ERP system. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and extensive experience in ERP management. The ideal candidate will ensure that our ERP solutions align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • ERP  Management:
    • Management of Sage 300 ERP, ensuring alignment with business processes.
    • Manage system upgrades and patches, coordinating with IT and external vendors as needed.
    • Data migration, testing, and user training.
    • System Optimization:
    • Continuously assess the effectiveness of the ERP system and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and implement best practices for system use and data management.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
    • Team Leadership:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide ERP solutions.
    • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management to inform decision-making.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related inquiries and support.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience managing Sage 300 ERP implementations and operations.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in Sage 300 ERP.
    • Experience with project management methodologies.
    • Familiarity with other ERP systems and business intelligence tools.

    Description
    HR/ IR OFFICER - LONGMEADOW

    • The HR/IR Officer will support the Group HR/ER Manager in managing employee and industrial relations within the organization. This role includes ensuring compliance with labour laws, addressing employee grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, the officer will oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Employee and Industrial Relations
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations.
    • Address and resolve employee grievances and disputes.
    • Assist Group HR Manager with disciplinary hearings.
    • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
    • Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
    • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
    • Compliance and Reporting
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
    • Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation.
    • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    • Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed.
    • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers

    Requirements

    Skills & Experience

    • 2 – 4 years industry experience
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    Requirements

    • Matric/ Grade 12 (NSC)
    • Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in HR, industrial relations, and recruitment
