    Team Lead: Onboarding Specialist

    Your mission should you choose to accept:

    Support / Sales

    • Drive strong operational delivery and process improvement helping to mitigate risk while balancing operational efficiency and user impact
    • Identify gaps in current systems, policies and strategies, and recommend enhancements and process improvements to mitigate risks
    • Build a great culture and ensure team members are happy, effective, and growing in their career
    • Set clear goals and direction, and provide regular feedback on team members’ performance
    • New Merchant On-boarding
    • Allocate cards in pipefy to Operations Specialists according to skill
    • Monitor pipefy activities to ensure progress in merchant onboarding
    • Consultation with sales, legal and finance to ensure seamless on-boarding
    • Monitor the onboarding of “add-on” products for existing merchant
    • Manage and facilitate on-boarding of new partners
    • Resolve customer support & sales queries via email (using company helpdesk software) and phone (logging to helpdesk as necessary); only where overflow or impact in capacity of team
    • Identify the need to create or update support materials in Peach Payments Support Portal

    Account Management

    • Partner management - Engage with our banking / payment partner to facilitate key processes and improve obstacles for team
    • Ensure strong relationships are maintained with Sales team (Sale Managers, Account Managers and support staff)

    Testing & Training

    • Testing and quality control of new or existing functionality on the website
    • Merchant Training on Peach Payments systems

    Staff Development

    • Coach and guide team members in primary and secondary functions
    • Manage and plan team capacity
    • Track team performance against KPI and business strategic goals
    • Ensure each team member has an agreed development plan and support in actively measuring outcomes (not activities)

    Personal Development

    • Jointly create a development plan with the supervisor/manager
    • Take accountability for ensuring outcomes are achieved in terms of personal plan

    General

    • General client relations and administrative tasks
    • Participate in ad-hoc projects as identified by business
    • Take up ad-hoc activities through team members

    What we’d like you to have:

    • Minimum 3 years managing a team
    • Experience using data to propose creative solutions to both tactical and strategic problems
    • Experience influencing and collaborating with a broad set of senior stakeholders
    • The ability and desire to question the status quo
    • Advanced creative thinking and problem solving skills

    Team Lead: Application Engineer

    Your mission should you choose to accept:

    • Ensure team members are happy, effective, and growing in their careers and new work experiences. 
    • Align with Management, drive clear goals and directions, and provide regular feedback on team members’ performance. 
    • Maintain metrics and analysis of team performance, and provide regular reporting on team performance through written analysis and performance reports. 
    • Transmit and foster our values, serving as an ambassador for Peach's user-centric philosophy and culture of transparency, empathy, inclusion, and empowerment. 
    • Guide the team to design and deliver incredible merchant/user experiences. Help build the team through projects such as recruiting, training, writing and defining team processes or other organizational improvements.

    What we'd like you to have:

    • At least 5+ years of direct people management experience (preferably in a payments environment).
    • Experience leading operational teams such as premium support teams (preferably in high-growth technology companies).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong operational background and a track record of making data-driven decisions.
    • Skill and credibility in doing the core work of a user-facing team with a high bar for quality, and a willingness to lead by example.
    • An ability to execute and deliver complex operational projects involving multiple stakeholders.

    Senior Product Marketing Manager

    Your mission if you choose to accept it:

    As our Snr Product Marketing Manager, you will contribute towards improving the following KPIs:

    • ENT merchant revenue across our geographies is your primary focus
    • You will manage a Product Marketing Manager who is focused on SME revenue across our geographies
    • Lead/SQL/Acquisition/Trading Merchant numbers and conversion rates
    • Product launch metrics
    • Demand generation campaign metrics

    What we'd like you to have:

    • You have 8+ years of working experience solving customer problems, ideally in a market-facing (marketing, sales, customer success) role for a B2B tech company
    • You are happy working with numbers and have the ability to be deeply analytical.
    • You know how to write persuasively using data to make your point.
    • Your understanding of the English language and your ability to wield it is exceptional
    • You have SEO experience
    • You know paid digital advertising channels well (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc)
    • Have community-building experience either offline or online
    • You love technology and understanding the details of technical solutions
    • You present ideas and communicate clearly and logically
    • We do not have a dedicated copywriter - writing copy is a core competency in our marketing team and all team members do it. So, you need to be confident writing polished copy (or ready and willing to get better at it) across the digital marketing cannon - from blogs, to sales collateral, web pages, emails and everything in between
    • You give and take feedback constructively, respectfully and with the understanding that there is never an ‘I’ - there is always and only a ‘we’
    • You love telling stories, but understand the best practices of direct marketing
    • You’re comfortable working in an ambiguous environment. We’re a scale-up, so building and honing processes is an ongoing thing
    • You’re accessible, empathetic and humble - these qualities will make you a valuable team member
    • You have an existing Work Authorisation/Permit to work in South Africa, Kenya, or Mauritius

    Product Marketing Manager (SME)
