    Finance Specialist

    • This role will be key to the Controls environment of the Bank by implementing controls where there is a need and to ensure that they are operating effectively on an ongoing basis as well as to support the record to report process

    Duties : 

    • Execute the finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, rolling forecast, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modelling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, or Supply Chain.     Fmcg Supply Chain System Specialist

    • The Supply Chain System Specialist will support all the systems and processes needs/inquiries of specific user groups and take the lead in various Supply Chain system-related projects. You will be the go-to person for questions or issues in the Supply Chain processes, and you will provide solutions to increase efficiencies.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop a complete understanding of the business processes and the end-users' business needs. You translate these needs into functional system specifications/solutions to effectively support the business processes.
    • Support end users (mainly your supply chain, customer service, logistics colleagues) daily to ensure proactive problem detection and solving to cater for business continuity, including Idoc management.
    • The liaison between the end users and the IT operational teams.
    • Responsible for EDI tracking & monitoring of performance, both from a system point of view and from a content point of view. Work together both with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Actively make suggestions on possible improvements to realize higher efficiencies and improve working methods in all processes and systems within Supply Chain and Sales & Operations Planning
    • Lead & drive various system supply chain projects. This includes managing the overall execution and on time delivery of a project, but also milestone and resource planning. Participate in business & IT projects to guarantee system & business process continuity.
    • Write Business Process Procedures to provide input to the IT development teams and serve as a basis for training material. Ensure proper training towards business partners on new/improved processes and system functionalities.
    • Deliver reports, queries, and data to support business intelligence, with a focus on supply chain analytics

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree
    • 5+ years in Supply Chain systems 
    • Analytical skills
    • SAP BW/APO/R3
    • MUST have FMCG experience (non-negotiable)

    • Budget management: The project lead is responsible for managing the project budget and ensuring that costs are controlled.
    • Reporting: The project lead is responsible for preparing project reports, including reports on project progress, utilization resource and ultimately the final project closure report.
    • Problem-solving: Problem-solving may be part of any job, but in the world of project management, it’s something we take very seriously. In fact, it pretty much is the job. The project lead should be able to identify problems and find solutions to overcome them
    • Leadership: The project lead should be able to motivate and inspire the project team, and more importantly, enable collabaration

    Desired Experience & Qualifications

    Must have 

    • Bachelor’s degree / Equivalent
    • 3 Years experience as a financial analyst and/or commercial modelling

    Experience:

    • Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/ industry in a Client Service leadership role within the ICT industry

    Sustainability Specialist

    • The purpose of the role is to build long-term sustainable relations with host communities, Co-design, implement, and monitor the impact of SED/ED programmes, and ensure that projects are sensitive to communities' specificities. 

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Stakeholder Relations Management

    • Responsible relations with the Project Support Committee (PSC)
    • Responsible for Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and Plan 
    • Ensure that community stakeholder groups are informed of all decisions and activities undertaken.
    • Spearheading the processes of asset mapping and community needs analysis, program development and projects implementation and monitoring and evaluation
    • Managing the Stakeholder Relations Managers / Community Liaison Officers for allocated projects.

    Project Management

    • Ensure co-design of projects with locals, implementation and monitoring performance, identifying all project risk
    • Monitor the performance of all activities in terms of schedule

    • Responsible for Department of Energy obligations regarding quarterly SED and ED spend for all assets
    • Development of yearly Economic Development plan and reporting to the IPPO
    • Management of assets both wind and solar
    • Reporting to the lenders on IFC and Equator Principles Performance Standards

    Budget Management 

    • Ensure that quarterly spend targets are met (and create and implement strategies to avoid related risks).
    • Event Organisation 
    • In partnership with PSC and SRM organise community meetings and events to introduce, report on and celebrate project progress.
    • Partnerships & Collaboration
    • Constantly identify partners to collaborate with on various tasks.
    • Participation and representation in the renewable industry associations
    • Collaborate with other IPP’s where EGP is present

    Required Skills/Knowledge

    Minimum Bachelor Degree

    • 5+ Years’ Experience in: Project management/ management consulting/ community development 
    • Experience in Economic Development Reporting within REIPPPP
    • Excellent reporting and writing skills
    • Ability to articulate and deliver information both technical and general at the community level.
    • Mediation, Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
    • Monitoring and evaluation capabilities.
    • Ability to communicate all levels of society.
    • Proficiency in the operation of computers and knowledge of business support software including Word, Excel, SAP, and Outlook.
