    Group Compensation and Benefits Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    Employee Benefits Oversight:

    • Provide strategic advice on benefits to Senior Management and HR professionals
    • Manage Broker SLAs, Fund Administrators, and consultant relationships
    • Ensure compliance on taxation of benefits and facilitate Provident Fund Management Committee meetings

    Job Profiles and Grading:

    • Review and refine Performance Management processes
    • Build and maintain Pay Bands, evaluate Jobs, and update Job profiles
    • Monitor internal equity and analytics

    Compensation and Benefits Management:

    • Implement a group’s Comp & Ben framework
    • Provide compensation advice to Senior Management
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
    • Conduct Payroll/CAB Compliance audits and oversee Employee Self Service (ESS)

    Expatriate/Mobility Management:

    • Develop and maintain policies for international assignments and expats
    • Manage expatriate wellness and risk benefit offerings

    Optimization/Digitization & Ad hoc Projects:

    • Support ad-hoc projects and audits across the group
    • Ensure HRIS interfaces seamlessly with PRP and Educos

    National Compliance Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    General Objectives

    • Conducting internal audits on ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, ensuring compliance and certification.
    • Ensure outputs of SLA and Management Contracts are successfully maintained.
    • Ensure compliance of Service Agreements at contract level.
    • OHS Act - Review and ensure compliance of TSEBO FACILITIES’s obligations and responsibilities regarding the OHS Act and statutory requirements. Ensure that all mechanisms, policies and procedures are in place.
    • Ensure continual improvement and the efficiency and effectiveness of the IMS System:
    • Emergency and Disaster Preparedness: Ensure that the appropriate policies and procedures are in place and that staff are provided with the necessary mentoring and training on an on-going basis. Ensure a constant state of readiness to respond to all emergencies is maintained.
    • Quality Standards: Ensure quality systems of the SLA’s are implemented and monitored on an on-going basis.
    • Responsible for the Integrated Management System (IMS) on SharePoint and monitoring the effective and on-going success of the IMS.
    • Establish a Self-Audit Program to be used at site level to increase the standards of service to the client.
    • Drive standardization of systems and processes on a national basis.
    • Assist Business Development and Implementation teams with commercial, financial and implementation aspects.
    • Implementation of systems, processes, procedures, and business improvement goals linked to the IMS.
    • Data protection champion for TFS reporting to the Group personal information officer (POPIA).
    • Represent Tsebo Energy as the Inspection body quality manager (ISO 17020).
    • Create and update business continuity plans.

    Learning and Development Administrator - Midrand

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Assist the Learning and Development Manager with the preparation of the WSP and ATR for SASSETA submission.
    • Ensure that all statistics and data provided are accurate for reporting purposes
    • Assist with the preparation of audits such as ISO and BBBEE
    • Co-ordinate external training interventions nationally and ensure the full end to end process is adhered to i.e. ensuring the accreditation of service providers, co-ordination of training programmes and the payment of vendors
    • Daily administration of E-Learning courses, publishing learning material and recording attendance through the Learner Management system
