    Group Compensation and Benefits Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    Employee Benefits Oversight:

    • Provide strategic advice on benefits to Senior Management and HR professionals
    • Manage Broker SLAs, Fund Administrators, and consultant relationships
    • Ensure compliance on taxation of benefits and facilitate Provident Fund Management Committee meetings

    Job Profiles and Grading:

    • Review and refine Performance Management processes
    • Build and maintain Pay Bands, evaluate Jobs, and update Job profiles
    • Monitor internal equity and analytics

    Compensation and Benefits Management:

    • Implement a group’s Comp & Ben framework
    • Provide compensation advice to Senior Management
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
    • Conduct Payroll/CAB Compliance audits and oversee Employee Self Service (ESS)

    Expatriate/Mobility Management:

    • Develop and maintain policies for international assignments and expats
    • Manage expatriate wellness and risk benefit offerings
    • Provide guidance on remuneration and build-up packages for expatriates

    Optimization/Digitization & Ad hoc Projects:

    • Support ad-hoc projects and audits across the group
    • Ensure HRIS interfaces seamlessly with PRP and Educos
    • Drive optimization of the C&B/payroll environment
    • Assist with the implementation of automated workflows

    Qualifications    

    • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent
    • Reward Specialist certification is preferred such as SARA certification
    • Minimum 5 management years of relevant shared services experience 
    • Expertise in remuneration and compensation, especially within large multinational environments
