    Java Developer (Intermediate)

    Key Purpose

    • Work closely with a passionate development team to design, develop and maintain Java based solutions for a dynamic, multi-national company that sets the benchmark in its industry.

    Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

    • Develop, test, and maintain high quality application software.
    • Analyse, maintain and enhance existing application and troubleshoot issues. 
    • Assist with the production of technical specifications and designs

    Communication Analyst (Junior) - Discovery Life

    Key Purpose

    • Gathering, analyzing and documenting of Discovery Life communication requirements for product, system and business process enhancements as well as for legislative, compliance and ad-hoc projects.

    Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

    • Consulting with business owners to gather their communication requirements (written and digital communication). This includes liaising and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders such as Marketing Services, Compliance and Legal,
    • Clearly and accurately identifying and documenting communication business requirements using agreed standards,

    Marketing Assistant

    Key Purpose

    • The Marketing Assistant is a member of a high-performance marketing team that partners with the Discovery Vitality business to implement marketing solutions and contributes to the delivery of digital and marketing communications for Discovery Vitality. 
    • The Marketing Assistant will provide support on marketing projects and integrated marketing campaigns in the Vitality Fitness portfolio, work closely with external and internal stakeholders and assist with running partner campaigns.

    Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

    • First line quality check and proof reading
    • Monitor delivery against the project plan
    • Follow up on activities in the plan
    • Administrative support for example

    Servicing Administrator

    Key Purpose

    • The primary function of this role is to capture all new business onto the system so that monthly servicing on the scheme (Billing, Underwriting and claim departments) can take place.
    • Handling all queries relating to any of the above with external and internal clients.

    Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

    • Capture/Update Employer information on the system
    • Load Beneficial Owners Information on the system and ensure the information is kept up to date.  
    • Anti-money laundering checks and validations
    • Follow up on outstanding FICA documents with Service Consultants and Brokers.
    • Compile weekly stats showing progress of outstanding work and to ensure on track to meet month end SLA.
    • Where required, assist co-workers and the team to resolve queries and escalations.
