    Commercial Finance Manager

    What We'll Bring:

    • TransUnion Africa is currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager to report directly to the Director of Revenue Management. Which will lead the overall execution of the Commercial Finance objectives and strategies for Africa, comprising eight countries and including management of up to three associates

    Strategic Customers and 3rd Party Arrangements

    • Build and rollout enhanced data metrics for Strategic Customer activity and per unit Revenue Management

    Contract Pricing

    • Execute on strategies for all Contract pricing escalations on an annual basis as well as ad-hoc throughout the year
    • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to analyze, identify and report on annual pricing increases
    • Identify and provide recommendations on missed customer pricing opportunities
    • Analyze and approve all annual pricing increases for input into relevant ERP systems
    • Educate, interact and assist management and associates with interpretation of pricing policies and procedures.
    • Manage detailed analysis of large high priority clients as it pertains to annual pricing increases
    • Develop and maintain relevant reports to analyze customer accounts and implement interventions as necessary. This includes regular reporting and presentations to the management team of pricing revenue
    • Maintain integrity of all data relating to the Customer pricing within all ERP Systems (e.g. Customer Master Data, Contracts etc.)
    • Prepare monthly pricing/revenue analysis and review with relevant stakeholders and deliver appropriately according to the relevant monthly schedules

    Revenue Management

    Solution Design and BA Manager

    What You'll Bring:

    • Manage and own the relevant functional requirements processes including the delivery and review processes relating to ensuring complete functional designs of quality.

    • Develop holistic Functional Specifications for system enhancements that meet the business requirements and adequately support the efficient delivery and testing of the software required.  Consideration must be given to appropriate approaches, methodologies and tooling to ensure most efficient delivery of the specifications (e.g. documenting test cases for Test Driven Development approach supplemented with wireframes or screen designs vs. documenting specifications as traditionally done in MS Word).
    • Consult and work closely with technical team members to ensure all requirements have been accurately addressed and all scenarios (including error and negative scenarios) appropriately considered.
    • Provide guidance in the development of test plans, testing of changes and reviewing the results.  
    • Participate in quality management reviews as outlined in the project work plan, and in reviews of the designs, prototypes and other project work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
    • Perform necessary data analysis and gathering of insights to inform designs, understand discrepancies, trends or requirements.
    • Continue to build on technical and business knowledge to better understand the link between business and technology.  Analyze methodologies for process improvements, better utilization of resources, product enhancements, improved communications and faster issue resolution.
    • Operate as a team lead of a team following SAFe methodology.  Working knowledge of the methodology, ceremonies and artefacts would be strongly beneficial.
    •  Work and Collaborate closely with the front office design team to deliver comprehensive quality solutions, designs, functional requirements for solutions end to end

    BI Analyst (Hybrid)

    • Support the International Privacy Operations Manager by assessing the regional privacy impact of global solutions, internal operations and global technology and human resources initiatives
    • Provide regional data privacy advice on the development of new services or enhancements to existing services to ensure privacy by design principles
    • Identify and escalate relevant privacy risk items to the International Privacy Operations Manager
    • Create and maintain an accurate regional register of data assets and data processing activities
    • At direction of Chief Privacy Office and Regional Counsel, implement changes necessary to comply with new regulations, and to respond to regulatory audits
    • At the direction of the Chief Privacy Office, draft, review, and implement regional privacy related policies, procedures and controls as required by the global privacy policy
    • Support development and deliver region-specific privacy training, associate engagement, and awareness activities
    • Support escalated customer privacy inquiries, and data subject requests as required
    • Support data incident response as required
    • Assisting with global data privacy projects where required.

    Senior Account Manager - Financial Serivces (Banking) (Hybrid)

    Dynamics of the Role

    • Focusing on the growth and retention of TransUnion’s core revenue through upselling and cross selling in medium to large client accounts, you will be passionate about client service and drive the ongoing management of client relationships. You will work closely with your immediate sales team to assist in unlocking the value of TU’s solutions to achieve revenue goals. You will serve as primary point of contact to existing clients responsible for extensions and renewals, managing the partner and reseller networks and supporting the day to day operations of client accounts.

    • Grow existing book of business, predominantly within the Financial Services sector.
    • Establish relationships with key account stakeholders, including understanding their critical business issues and the client’s strategic objectives.
    • Identify, sell, close and manage potential sales opportunities in active accounts.
    • Become a subject matter expert in TU Africa solutions & products.
    • Ensure account plans and opportunities are captured and maintained on the TU CRM system
    • Interacts across all levels in the client organization.
    • Understands TU's workflow and value chain in order to build successful internal relationships to aid client delivery.
    • Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and business needs to proactively work with clients to identify and understand CBI's. Understand competitive landscape and offerings to differentiate the value of TU's solutions.
    • Research the clients business, financials to identify and capitalise opportunities. Engages in dialogue with clients to help the clients with valuable business insights and articulate customer value drivers in light of our value proposition.
    • Conduct Monthly Service Level meeting, and well as Quarterly account reviews with customers to review usage, contract terms and overage, new products and changes to business priorities or industry trends
    • Proactively monitor book of accounts through the integration of reports for trends in usage and contact accordingly
    • Facilitate general account inquires and service requests with supporting functions
    • Act as first point of escalation of customer technical and admin issues
    • Assist in facilitating solution session for customers
    • Working as part of the team supporting the Account Executive
    • Work with the respective teams to devise strategic sales plans, forecasts and manage sales to execute effectively to achieve revenue goals.
    • Executes sales tactical plan that ensures internal action and delivery by following up on all action points and supporting the testing and implementation process.
    • Maintain all customer records in Salesforce CRM database.
    • Provide regular forecasts to management.

    • Degree or Diploma with three or more years of business development and account management experience.
    • Demonstrated sales experience in account management and client retention.
    • Proven history of meeting/exceeding yearly quotas.

    • A team player capable of working within a collaborative environment and making contributions when appropriate
    • Experience in structuring large business deals with knowledge of different commercial constructs and how these can be used
