    Accounts Payable/Creditors Administrator FMCG (Accounts) -Isando

    As a Creditors/Payments Administrator, you will be responsible to ensure excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders through exceptional Payment management of customer accounts & effective and efficient resolution of supplier queries

    Qualifications and Experience

    •  National Diploma / NQF 6 (Preferred)
    •  Up to 3 years experience (Operational) FMCG, experience in a creditors department

    Accounts Payable Administration

    •  Management of Supplier Payments aligned to policy
    •  Full and through understanding of the PTP process and procedures
    •  Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices to supplier statements
    •  Preparation and consolidation of all supplier reconciliations, documents to facilitate & support final payment decisions
    •  Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
    •  Charges expenses to accounts and cost centres by analysing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
    •  Updates & reports creditors by totalling unpaid suppliers
    •  Maintains supplier records through monthly review of Supplier masterdata.
    •  Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from Procurement, internal departments, and from suppliers.
    •  Resolves valid or authorized claims by entering adjusting entries.
    •  Resolves payments by examining supplier statements, supplier history, payment terms; coordinating contact between creditors and internal departments
    •  Issuing of monthly supplier statements
    •  Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, and resolving purchase order contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
    •  Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos/claims.
    •  Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
    •  Maintains historical records by filing documents.

    Raw Material Controller (2200479) - Isando

    Job Purpose 

    • To control the raw material warehousing operation and contract packaging requirements. Key Accountabilities and Outputs Raw material control 
    •  Responsible for all controls relating to movement of raw materials from and to all sites 
    •  Manage stock counts and accountable for overall stock accuracy.  Ensure raw material stock availability on the production line when required. 
    •  Responsible for accurate weighing of batch packs according to BOM 
    •  Ensure stock management principals are applied to reduce redundant and expired stock. 
    •  Outsourced manufacturing (where applicable) 
    •  Accountable for communication regarding forecasts and production run dates.
    •  Control movement of all raw materials and finished goods. 
    •  Accountable for raw materials and packaging accuracy across warehouses internally and externally. 
    •  Laisse with finance on yields and waste recons. 
    •  Plan and arrange collection in collaboration with the logistics department. Adherence to the Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety and Environmental Standards 
    •  Adherence to Standards: Ensure strict adherence to Quality, Food, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and standards. 
    •  Enforcement: Enforce all food safety and health regulations, policies, and requirements at all times to guarantee a secure work environment. 
    •  Personal Hygiene: Maintain exceptional personal hygiene as per the organization’s code of conduct. 
    •  Contamination Control: Raise awareness about potential physical product contamination and implement control measures to prevent it.
    •  Health and Safety Measures: Take reasonable precautions to prevent health and safety hazards. Follow the prescribed incident reporting procedure in case of accidents.

    Asset Manager - FMCG Cooler/Fridge Management (1010695) - Isando

    Job Purpose
    The Asset manager will take overall accountability for effectively managing the cooler asset register by ensuring the location of all assets is accurately monitored.

    Key Accountabilities and Outputs
    Cooler and Fountain Asset Management

    •  Further develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, and procedures
    •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records, including acquisition, disposal, and maintenance history
    •  Ensure that all assets are properly tagged and accounted for on a digital asset register
    •  Develop and implement asset disposal policies and procedures
    •  Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
    •  Provide guidance and support to other departments on asset management issues
    •  Develop and implement asset maintenance schedules and procedures to manage costs and reduce unplanned downtime on the approved system
    •  Develop and implement an asset audit process through the chosen sales system

    3rd Party Management

    •  Ensure Contractors are appointed and managed against the Service Level Agreement
    •  Ensure Contractor alignment to agreed contracts and targets
    •  Create an engaging environment to foster business partnerships and good relations
    •  Continuously engage Contractors to extract maximum productivity responsibly
    •  Minimise use of temporary service providers and manage within relevant legislation

    General Operational and Financial Management

    •  Accountable for operational planning and budgeting processes
    •  Drive continuous improvement through streamlining and optimising relevant operational practices, processes and systems
    •  Ensure adherence to operational and financial frameworks of practices, processes, standards and controls
    •  Control cost and take the necessary action to mitigate any financial risks or non-compliance
    •  Implement an asset management KPI dashboard, and drive a maintanance cost reduction programme based on preventative action and product spesifications.

    Qualifications and Experience

    •  Bachelors Degree / NQF level 7 (Essential)
    •  Up to 5 years asset care experience (Operational Execution)
