The purpose of the role is to develop and implement solutions that support various functions in achieving
the organisation's overarching growth strategy.

• The role diagnoses, designs and supports theimplementation of strategy, operational frameworks, business models, organisational systems, structures,practices, processes, policies, procedures, and controls.
• The role is therefore responsible for managing arange of practices that result in organisational improvement within the context of organisational design,workforce modelling, proposal development, project management, change management and continuousimprovement.
• This role is also accountable for leading the Learning and Development function, thusmanaging skills development and capability frameworks within the organisation.

Qualifications and Experience

•  Masters Degree / NQF level 9 (Essential – Bachelor of Commerce)
•  Industrial Psychologist (Preferred)
•  Up to 8 years relevant experience
•  MS Office (Intermediate), Sage People
•  SAP
