    Stoma Nurse: Mpumalangat - Sandton

    Major Areas of Accountability

    Represent Coloplast as a Clinical Expert

    • Maintain professional credentials and education to maintain status as a clinical expert through board certification as a nurse.
    • Act as a clinical liaison to ostomates with regards to planned surgical procedure, impact of living with a stoma and ostomy care.
    • Support in-hospital stoma clinics in conjunction with hospital employed staff.
    • Set up and new support centres for end users.
    • Deliver education to a diverse group of internal and external customers as well as end users.
    • Attend approved national and regional conferences and tradeshows as a Coloplast representative.
    • Report back to senior leadership key clinical learnings and opportunities.

    Essential Qualifications

    • Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree.
    • 1+ years’ experience in a clinical setting working with patients and/or end users.
    • Previous medical industry experiences an asset.
    • National and domestic travel required.
    • Must permanently reside in either Witbank or Middelburg, Mpumalanga.

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Effective written and presentation skills.
    • Ability to read, analyse and interpret clinical publications.
    • Proven success with organization and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to tailor training and education in order to serve many audiences.
    • High attention to clinical outcome and follow-through.
    • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in order to support internal and external customers as well as end users.
    • Must be self-driven with the ability to work independently.

    Digital Co-ordinator - Sandton

    As Junior Digital Co-ordinator you will assist in ensuring that the various online tasks are implemented timeously, within the brief, and at a high quality. You will be required to assist in managing the overall organization and maintenance of online, and offline marketing assets and content.     Key Responsibilities

    Support to the Digital Marketing Manager

    • Manage the content and permissions for all digital platforms ensuring that access is correctly controlled and all marketing assets including the Coloplast CVI are correctly maintained.
    • Support the content planning meeting process and contribute to the conceptualisation of content for webshop, newsletters and online / offline platforms.
    • Maintenance and optimization of all local websites and social media platforms

    Support in building Coloplast online presence

    • Contribute to social media strategy and work with the agency appointed to implement the scheduled content calendar on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, ensuring relevant content is aligned.
    • Community management of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube ensuring timely responses, i.e. responding customer reviews across all platforms

    Deliver regular reporting

    • Track and analyse the performance of content on web, social and online platforms monthly. (build a presentation that summarises the stats)
    • Keep in touch with industry trends and technologies to identify ways of optimising opportunities for improved performance and delivery

    Collaboration across teams

    • Develop relationships as an important point of contact for content for colleagues, clients, agencies, and suppliers.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional and project teams to facilitate communication and status reviews within the scope of this role.

    Professional qualifications

    We are looking for an operationally strong, digitally inclined individual with a proven track record of implementing local projects and working well within cross-functional teams.

    • Minimum 3 years within a marketing environment
    • Digital Marketing Knowledge (experience in google analytics, website back ends)
    • Campaign management
    • Graphic design experience (traditional and digital media)
    • Software experience: photoshop, illustrator and in design. (Design portfolio of work completed to be submitted with application. Maximum: 10 pages, file size 4MB.)
    • Microsoft Office & windows Experience
    • You have a proven track record of delivering against KPIs
    • Strong project management skills and stakeholder management across functions
    • Excellent communicator with clear and concise messaging
    • Strong ability to internalize the diversity and complexity of the South African market and to identify opportunities based on this
    • Ability and willingness to travel 10%

    Consumer Sales Specialist (Call-centre)

    As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of our Patient Support Programs and Partnership Sales Model. You will proactively engage with new and existing Consumers over the phone and collaborate across functions within the Consumer Care department.

    You will be part of the Coloplast South Africa Team and report to the Consumer Sales Team Lead.

    Your key responsibilities will be

    • Portray a positive company image and engaging in professional and consumer-centric communications with customers
    • Execute outbound calls according to defined call protocols, ensure that follow ups are done timeously and all actions and solutions are recorded in the CRM system
    • Actively listen to consumer needs and enquiries to determine appropriate action to be taken
    • Establish and maintain customer relationships for a lifetime dialogue
    • Retain existing consumers through excellent support and high satisfaction levels
    • Recruit new customers through direct selling approaches and follow-up on leads
    • Related office and administration duties to complete customer care activities

    Personal qualifications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • High energy with a passion for solution-driven engagement with consumers
    • Successful working in cross-functional teams
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM

    Professional qualifications

    • Proven track record and experience in a consumer (business to consumer) focused environment, preferably a call centre
    • Experience in upselling and cross-selling
    • Tertiary qualification is an advantage
    • Previous experience in the Health Care industry is an advantage
