    Key Account Manager - KAM1212

    Purpose:  To manage a portfolio of brands within several key account customers at a national level (i.e. Grocer channel, Independent Liqour stores, etc) in order to exceed sales targets, including negotiating key volume, revenue and visibility drivers and achieving various brand objctives, resulting in profitable growth.  

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Relevant B Degree in Business / Finance (MBA will be an additional advantage)
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Sales/ Marketing or Customer Marketing environment
    • Minimum of 2 years financial related experience
    • Minimum of 5 years FMCG related experience
    • At least 5 years’ experience in managing Key accounts
    • IT literate on an advanced level
    • Own vehicle
    • Willing to do business travel (local)

     Job Summary:

    • Achievement of sales targets (volume & value), retaining and growing customer base
    • Negotiate national agreements with relevant customers and ensure implementation
    • Achieve gross margin targets within agreed discount framework
    • Negotiate annual trading term agreements with retailers within agreed parameters
    • Negotiate product listings
    • Negotiate cycle plan, promotional, advertising and broadsheet activities
    • Achieve merchandising and brand visibility targets as per in-trade execution plans
    • Provide accurate forecasting of business and market needs
    • Developing strong relationships with customers; connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
    • Act as Brand Ambassador

    Sales Representative SRG0712

    Purpose: To promote KWV brands and products within a specific geographic area by visiting Liquor outlets (Dedicated to Spar outlets) as per a contracted call cycle to increase visibility and promote KWV brands with the aim of driving increased sales.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric/Grade 12, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
    • At least 2 years relevant experience in FMCG
    • Experience in the Liquor industry will be advantageous
    • Computer literate on an advanced level
    • Must have a valid driver’s license without endorsements as well have own vehicle
    • Availability for frequent business travel and possible overnight stay

     Skills Required:

    • Strong sales skills and experience
    • Sound communication skills and the ability to read, write and communicate in English
    • Strong negotiating, relationship building and networking skills
    • Must have a passion for interacting with customers and a passion for customer service
    • Must be self-motivated, innovative and self-driven
    • Must be a South African citizen

     Job Summary:

    Artisan Aid Electrician - AAE0512

    Purpose: The purpose of the Artisan Aid Electrician is to perform minor maintenance and assist the Artisan Electrician as per prescribed work orders to the Maintenance Manager and the Business Unit (KWV Operations – Paarl).

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or N6 Electrical
    • Experience in a high speed, high-tech bottling operation will be advantageous

     Knowledge required:

    • 2/3 Years’ experience in maintenance of electrical equipment and networks, harvesting equipment and services e.g. cooling, steam and air.
    • Experience in workshop ethics, tools and safety

    Skills Required:

    • Ability to work independently and accurate under pressure 
    • Display good attention to detail 
    • Must be willing and able to work shifts and overtime when required. 
    • Have reliable transport to and from  work
    • Competent in electrical and instrumentation equipment
    • Working experience with boilers and cooling would be a distinct advantage
    • Ability to cope with the inherent physical demands of the position
    • Working on heights & Confined Spaces
    • Valid driver’s license, Forklift License and MEWP license

    Job Summary:

    • Maintenance of minor electrical equipment as required
    • Provide assistance to the Artisan Electrician
    • Execute all allocated scheduled and unscheduled work orders
