Minimum Requirements    
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

• Grade 12
• National Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook.

ADDED ADVANTAGE:

• Relevant SAP Experience.

MINIMUM REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 2 to 4 years related experience working with customers in a helpdesk environment or customer service capacity.

Duties and Responsibilities    
DELIVERABLES:

• Ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Expedite quotations, price file maintenance and tenders.
• Improve Query resolution turnaround time.
• Pallet management, management of diversions and logistics co-ordination.
• Follow up with customers regarding pallet slips, queries, and claims.
• Update credit controller constantly on outstanding entries.
• Prepare Rebate List / maintain late payment list (rebates) and prepare late payment Letters.
• Send copy invoices and statements to customers.
• Assist credit controllers with Auto bank update (reference numbers on bank statement).
• Prepare final demand document, attend to and resolve customer queries timeously.
• Maintain accurate weekly and monthly records and reports of client interaction.
• Identify critical issues and initiate corrective action.
• Ad hoc administrative duties.

• Deliver concrete both to industrial and residential areas which have a variety of conditions including uneven ground.
• Responsible for the efficient working conditions and cleanliness of equipment inside and outside.
• Do maintenance to the equipment as required. Requires the ability to get along with management, customers and co-workers. 
• This posiiton is for 3 (Three) months only.

Minimum Requirements    

• 3 Years experience as mixer driver.
• Grade 10 plus external driver certification.
• Operating a mixer certification.
• Ability to read, write and calculate.
• Ability to drive Straight/ Auto - semi auto / Split gearbox vehicles.
• Public Drivers Permit. (PrDP)
• Code EC driver’s license.
• Human relations and interpersonal skills.
• High level of responsibility.
• High level of integrity, reliability, good work ethics and positive attitude.
• Good customer relationship.
• Be able to perform basic and repetitive duties.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Check vehicle and mixer before daily activities commence to ensure that work can be completed as schedules.
• Reports on any problems to Supervisor.
• Ensure that the vehicle is cleaned and greased.
• Tyre management
• Drive vehicle to and from sites and transport loads to ensure that work is carried out as scheduled.
• Obtain and plan routes to be used to get to required sites.
• Check for defaults on a continuous basis.
• Operates mixer to off load the load.
• Adhere to the traffic rules and regulations and all the relevant company set policies and procedures.
• Daily instructions are received with regard to refuse removal.
• Work overtime (from time-to-time)
• Drill the mixer drum as and when required (periodically)
