• Comply with grading rules and regulations by reporting any discrepancies of the quality of grain to direct Supervisor

Job Description

Responsible to ensure that grain grading is performed in accordance with GWK standards and regulations. Furthermore, ensure that clients are appropriately informed with regards to the grading and progress of their products.

Requirements

• Qualification (minimum): Grade 12.
• Experience in a similar role: 1-2 years.
• Experience in the agricultural industry: 2-4 years.
• Grain grading courses.
• Code 08 driver's license.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage staff and staff appointments.
• Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure safe and secure storage and monitoring of grain products.
• Coordinate and manage depot and grain handling administrative duties, including invoicing, petty cash, product orders, and the receiving and dispatching of goods on the GWK system.
• Resolve grain grading disputes and enquiries with producers and clients.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with grading regulations; and
• Manage and deliver client services.
