    Executive Assistant - JHB North

    Key Responsibilities

    • Full administrative support including all confidential correspondence, local & international, reports, phone call screening, messages; facsimiles, scanning and emailing
    • Direct liaison with senior executives on international & local level
    • Ensure that the Executive is aware of key meetings, correspondence, and communication requirements daily
    • Screen calls to ensure that matters of importance reach the Executive
    • Co-ordinate and control diaries daily with cognisance of the company’s yearly planner with local and international events
    • Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes and reading material for management meetings, including graphics and charts
    • Prepare, submit, and record all business and personal medical claims to medical aid
    • Reconcile credit card statements and forex spent and generate Travel & Expenditure claims and ensure these are distributed to the respective departments before cut off date
    • Assist and advise with telephonic enquiries
    • Record all management leave and maintain an updated leave roster

    Booking, Travel & Logistics

    • Book and plan international & local travel, car hire, accommodation, visa requirements, new passports, medical assistance
    • Prepare and assist international visitors with detailed agendas, logistics, security, drivers, hotel accommodation & travel arrangements on a business level
    • Assist international visitors with holidays – i.e., safaris, hotels, dinners & logistics in Southern Africa on a personal level
    • Co-ordinate VIP visitors in Africa travel requirements
    • Arrange and book boardroom functions and catering monthly or as and when requested
    • Arrange venue, logistics, and accommodation for management meetings held off-site
    • Organise and arrange personal requests – delivery of flowers, dinners, cards and gifts
    • Manage and coordinate all logistics related to functions, meetings, and events related to the Executive’s office
    • Assist and advise with telephonic enquiries
    • Arrange invitation letters and confirmation of employment letters for visa formalities for franchisee visitors from Africa

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    Skills and Experience

    • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant supporting Executives
    • Extensive dairy management experience
    • Experience in liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements
    • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
    • Sound experience with administration tasks such as creating documents, formatting and editing reports, documents and presentations
    • Proficient in using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence

    Supply Planning Manager - JHB North

    Planning

    • The role is responsible to provide leadership of the supply planning, the associated stock policy management and network capacity planning.
    • Responsible for the national management of food & packaging inventory flow in accordance with the company consensus forecast, budget constraints on 3PL commercial model as well as working capital targets. 
    • Responsible for leading business efforts in order to implement and monitor compliance for supply planning processes.
    • Collaborate across SCM team and 3PL to review supplier capacities and identify supply areas based on least cost to serve.
    • Responsible for leading cross functional collaborative efforts to achieve supply chain performance targets focused on stock availability, increased stock turns and improved order-to-delivery results
    • The role provides input to the CS&L Manager to support Functional Strategy Development and target setting.
    • Manages tactical & strategic supplier capacity planning and delivery to accommodate demand planning and net revenue forecasts. It is inclusive of stock policy delivery, least cost sourcing, capacity utilization strategy, future product growth & supplier compliance.
    • Influences key stakeholders in the delivery of the capacity plan (ie, Demand planning, category teams) and leadership of the monthly supply reviews.
    • Supports medium to long-term planning & risk management through facilitation of the monthly Supply Planning Review, focusing on developing 18-24 month rolling supply plans. 
    • Participate and develop Supply planning input in the annual budget process, 3 year strategic plan and monthly/quarterly reviews.
    • Collaboration with category sourcing teams to manage raw material inventory requirements according to the consensus forecast and weekly production plan, with the aim to achieve 100% raw material supply to 3PL by timeous communication of the 24 month rolling supply plans monthly.
    • Work with the 3PL to ensure effective execution of the DRP and MRP. 
    • Provides supply planning input into new product development and promotional activities to ensure a smooth phase in/out of activities and inventories on raw materials by completing feasibility, assess capacity capability & constraints and developing a supply plan for NPD’s to ensure stock is positioned before launch date.
    • Collaborates with cross functional teams to continuously improve raw material plans, waste reduction, increased efficiency and increased inventory turns.
    • Implement and manage the company stock policy inclusive of tactical management of stock for one off events and management of adherence to safety stock by suppliers and 3PL
    • Amend supply plan to accommodate constraints through stock-building initiates; contingency supply etc
    • Update supply plan weekly and communicate any supply failures that will result in business delivery risks
    • Collaborate with Sourcing/Procurement teams to adjust supply plans based on new supplier/macroeconomic dynamics
    • Deal with escalated Franchisee complaints related to product delivery

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Engineering/ Science
    • CPIM or CSCP certification from APICS preferred

    Knowledge and Experience

    • A minimum of 7 to 9  years’ experience in the field of Planning & Logistics in a cold chain environment

    Demand Planning Manager - JHB North

    Planning

    • Drive the creation of short, medium and long-term demand baseline forecasts at menu board item level
    • Coordinate the creation of a promotional forecast at menu board item level
    • Work with Marketing and Finance to combine, refine and publish the total business demand plan
    • Measure forecast accuracy at granular and total category levels
    • Create insights from business forecast analysis to drive continuous improvement (specifically from a proactiveness point of view) in Supply Chain
    • Maintain all product-related Master Data – including BOM files and price masters.
