We are looking for exceptional writers to join our continually growing English CV Writing team. As a member of our team, you will assist clients from multiple industries and regions by crafting top-quality career documents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a monthly project load of at least 45 orders, crafting top-quality CV’s and other career documents for a diverse range of clients.

• CV’s and other career documents are professionally crafted to guarantee an increase in interviews for our clients.

• Craft CV’s using examples/templates, cover letter examples/templates, email templates, and receive support from other writers and staff members.

• Interact with clients by email to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

• Some experienced writers may take phone consultations with clients.

• Full theoretical and practical training will be provided.

Requirements:

•  Attention to detail and robust writing/editorial skills.

•  Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers.

•  Skill to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, while upholding a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

•  Reliable internet connectivity (Fibre/ADSL) during the lockdown period.

•  PC with minimum of an i3 with 4gb RAM.

•  Mango5 adopts a hybrid work from home and in office work model. The incumbent will be afforded some portion of their time to work from home. The long-term view is, that it will continue, although the role may change to a complete work from office role, should the need arise.

•  Mango5 will issue staff with the necessary equipment when they resume their duties at our office.

Qualifications:

•  Degree preferably in either English, Linguistics, Journalism/Media or any other degree with an English major or writing intensive field.

Hours/Commitment:

•  Hours are between 8:00am – 17:00pm weekdays

•  KPI’s will be discussed during the interview

Who You Are

• Must have matric

IT Senior Technician

Mango5 is one of the top BPO Outsource centres in South Africa, offering outsourced services to local and international clients. Our Contact Centre has a rich history of delivering best in class BPO services. We are seeking a skilled IT Senior Technician to join our dynamic team.

We comply with the workplace issued COVID regulations and adhere to the health and safety protocols at our premises.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Install software required for all employees in order to perform their duties.

• Troubleshoot PC, network and email problems.

• Set up new workstations.

• User admin on SQL.

• Software is installed when agreed on.

• Keep servers running.

• Reduce IT maintenance cost.

• User/Hardware movement.

• Quick response and completion times of tickets logged.

• Adding PC’s/Laptops to the domain.

• Installing local and 3rd party software for agent, QA and back office users that is needed for them to work efficiently.

• Ensure that PC’s and laptops are virus free and password protected before allocation.

Skills and requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and planning skills.

• Ability to analyse problems, identify alternative solutions, and implement recommendations.

• CCNA and MCSA or equivalent Network Integration Specialist Diploma.

• Advanced knowledge and Experience of the following Networking concepts: TCP/IP, VoIP, QoS, MPLS, Firewall and VPN.

• Advanced knowledge and Experience in Server Management VMware and Hyper-V, windows 2012+ and Linux.

• Web Technologies knowledge would be an advantage.

• Understanding of Helpdesk Processes.

• Ability to troubleshoot effectively and quickly.

• Own Transport.

Working hours:

• Shift hours: 15:00 - 24:00 or 16:00 to 01:00 (according to day light savings)
• Must be willing to provide support over weekends.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist the business to comply with FAIS and all regulations relating to financial advisory and intermediary services.
• Monitor all communication from the FSCA. Keep internal policies and framework, related to financial institutions as set out by the FSCA, updated and in accordance with regulations.
• Provide guidance on the requirements of local regulatory bodies and frameworks, and support the various departments to comply with those requirements.
• Provide advise and/or input to internal stakeholders on possible contraventions of compliance risks through early detection.

Essential Requirements:

• FAIS, ISO, GDPR and POPIA knowledge/background

• Previous experience in a compliance role/field
• Experience with Financial Services and Data Protection regulations advantageous
