    Customer Service Agents

    What You'll Do

    Customer Service:

    • Deliver the best possible customer satisfaction through your interaction with your clients

    • Service clients via email, web chat and phone

    • Multitask between platforms on the client's CRM system

    • Achieve specified client SLA’s


    Who You Are

    • Must have matric

    • An exceptional negotiator

    • Have a minimum of 3 years customer service call centre experience

    • Neutral Accent

    • Highly proficient in spoken and written English

    • Computer literate with good data capturing capabilities

    • Experience working with USA clients advantageous

    • Ability to work shifts

    • Ability to multitask - working on multiple screens at once


    • Competitive Basic

    • Shift Allowance and transport provided home after shift

    • Commission

    Working Hours :

    • Shifting between Monday and Friday

    • Shift hours: 4pm to 1am/5pm to 2am (depending on Daylight Savings)

    • USA Public Holiday Roster
