Specific Role Responsibilities
- Ensure telephone is answered as per telephone standards
- Use current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) strictly for appointment taking processes
- Ensure appointments are spread out for every ten to fifteen minutes to ensure effective customer satisfaction
- Update time bucket on a consistent basis with flat-rate to ensure all available productive time is used
- Monitor appointment rates on a daily and monthly basis, including carry-overs, repeat repairs, walk-ins, etc.

Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12/ Matric
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license
- Computer literate
- 2 years of customer service and sales experience with a proven sales track record
- Relevant industry experience – desirable.
- Some understanding of the compliance governing the retail industry – an advantage.
- Knowledge of the areas’ most spoken languages - an advantage.
- An understanding of Auto Pedigree’s products and services – desirable.
Essential to note: The appointed person may be required to work weekends and shifts.

Specific Role Responsibilities
- The purpose of the role is to prepare, review and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer in line with standard operating procedures and OEM requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warranties and costing.
- Bookings Clerk or Service Reception experience in a retail motor dealership environment would be of advantage.
- CDK drive experience essential.
- Renault, Kia & Hyundai brand experience preferable.
- A minimum of Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Computer literate: competent using job-relevant functions required in MS Word and Excel.

The responsibilities of a Driver include the following tasks:
- Responsible driving whilst using the company vehicle (i.e. obeying traffic and road safety regulations etc.).
- The vehicle is cleaned, fuelled, and in a roadworthy condition at all times.
- Vehicle services are booked and carried out; the logbook is accurately updated (i.e. km’s).
- Vehicle licensing is renewed annually and all vehicle incidents (i.e. traffic fines, breakdowns, etc.) are reported timeously.
- The vehicle is checked for damage, defects, missing parts, spare wheel, and spanners, and report discrepancies to management.
- Do all other reasonable duties required by the department.
- Work overtime as reasonably requested.

- Driver Experience within the Motor trade advantageous
