    Forensic Investigator

    What will make you successful in this role?

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understand and apply the elements of crimes such as fraud, corruption, theft and computer crimes to investigations
    • Conduct interviews and compile statements
    • Collect, document and analyse relevant evidence
    • Draft concise and accurate investigation reports
    • Testify and present evidence in a court or at a disciplinary hearing

    Qualifications And Experience

    • Forensic or Investigation Qualification.
    • Investigation experience and/or an understanding of investigation methodology will be advantageous
    • 3-7 years knowledge and experience in the investigation of fraud
    • Established reputation for integrity, good judgment, fairness and discretion when dealing with people

    Knowledge And Skills

    • Knowledge and experience in the criminal justice, civil litigation systems and labour law
    • Knowledge in case management
    • Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially the short term insurance industry would be an advantage.
    • Investigation relevant to fraud, theft, corruption
    • Conflict management skills
    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Computer literate in MS Office package: MS Word, Power point, Internet
    • Meticulous attention to detail

    Senior Legal Manager

    What will make you successful in this role?

    • Law degree and short term insurance knowledge.
    • Minimum 6 years’ related working experience, coupled with 5 years insurance and claims experience (claims and technical).
    • Minimum of 5 years team management experience
    • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both orally and verbally
    •  In depth knowledge of drafting and reviewing policy contracts in relation to its application and administration.
    •  Understanding of technical and operational requirements of a business.
    •  Knowledge of principles of legal interpretation

    • Quality, compliance and accreditation

    • Management of employees

    • Services and business process knowledge

    Qualification and Experience

    • Law Degree with 6 to 8 years’ experience or 10 years related experience
