    Hygiene Sales Consultant

    Job description

    • We require a sales hunter to acquire new business.
    • Manage and develop a sales pipeline and forecast business weekly, monthly and quarterly.
    • Input all information onto the CRM system, a daily sales tool and reporting system to manage contacts, opportunities, pipeline and diary.
    • Developing relationships at various levels within an organization through the use of direct sales techniques.
    • Following-up on leads and input all note onto the CRM system.
    • Maintain and update Sales Pipeline daily on activity, quotes and sales.
    • Maintaining a high knowledge level of the company's products and services.
    • Sales performance; ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are met.
    • To work independently in order to effectively structure a day to allow for key sales related activities, including sales prospecting time.
    • To sign client contracts in accordance with Service Level Agreements

    Minimum Requirements

    • External sales experience in new business development.
    • Minimum of 5 years sales experience (preferably in the service industry).
    • A proven track record with consistently achieving targets.
    • Ability to deal with high end clients
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Excellent and demonstrable people and communications skills. Strong relationship skills and the ability to work through short to medium term sales cycles.
    • Organizational skills, time management skills
    • Self-starter.
    • Able to manage change effectively and conform to shifting priorities and timelines
    • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • The sales person must be able to cope in a high pressured sales environment.
    • Strong cold-calling techniques
