    MC Coordinator.INT ORT.Maintenance (Technical)(G53201)

    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Manager IMC, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Adhere to relevant statutory/legislative regulations, SOP's, operational standards, policies and practices.
    • Plan and forecast corrective and preventative maintenance according to resources and spares availability.
    • Provide input into update of maintenance schedules by observing shortfalls.
    • Obtain input from relevant parties on related scope of work and implement accordingly.
    • Communicate maintenance schedules to operations and engineering through maintenance and planning meetings.
    • Coordinate the execution and follow through of the maintenance schedules.
    • Close out all completed maintenance activities (including outage) and update the system accordingly.
    • Monitor progress on KPI's to ensure on-time performance of maintenance activities per schedule.
    • Ensure system integrity and accuracy of information.
    • Support area maintenance with inventory management.
    • Responsible for efficient record keeping of maintenance records.
    • Perform trend analysis and report on infrastructure performance and efficiency improvements.
    • Analyse and report on maintenance data to identify failure modes and root causes of maintenance problems and to identify problems timeously.
    • Report on the maintenance performance KPI's for all maintenance areas.
    • Ensure that all affected stakeholders are up to date with the outage activities in their area.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required: 

    • Grade 12 (Matric) is essential. 
    • Technical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Higher Certificate is Essential.
    • Trade Test in the relevant area is recommended.
    • 3 years technical operational experience is essential.
    • Code B drivers licence.
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
    • Intermediate knowledge of EAM /Oracle / SAP PM.

    HR Business Partner

    Key Performance Output

      The successful candidate, reporting to the Senior Manager HR will be responsible for the following:

    • Assist line managers in translating business strategic objectives and business plans in workforce capabilities.
    • Provide input into the development of the business plan.
    • Resolve problems as they are encountered to ensure achievement against plan.
    • Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.

    • 5 years’ Operational experience in Human Resource Development is essential.

    • A good understanding and knowledge of several different specialist areas related to Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Resourcing.

    Safety Compliance Officer.INT ORT.

    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate reporting to the Senior Safety Compliance Officer, will be responsible for:

    • Implement team operational plans to ensure defined objectives are met.
    • Ensure compliance to all applicable legislation, international, local and company standards, policies, and procedures
    • Conduct compliance inspections, report on and follow-up to ensure that non-conformances/compliance have been addressed.
    • Respond to incidents and accidents, conduct preliminary investigation, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Gather and capture information in respect of SHE occurrences, incidents, accidents, and non-conformances.
    • Participate in implementation of Safety Campaigns.
    • Identify and provide feedback on cost saving initiatives within area of control.
    • Build, support and maintain interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The challenges posed by this position require the successful candidate to have the following:

    • National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in safety management, Environmental management/natural science or any other relevant three-year diploma is essential.
    • Minimum one year experience in safety/environmental management is essential. 
    • 1-2 years’ experience in safety management in an airport is recommended.
    • Valid Code B motor vehicle license.

    Key Performance Output 

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Operations Coordinator, and will be responsible but not limited to the following

    • Follow up on all reported non-compliance to ensure remedial action has been taken. 
    • Notify relevant personnel in case of emergencies occurrences. 
    • Participate in ad hoc services as and when required. 
    • Ensure proper handover to next shift to limit disruptions. 
    • Investigation of customer related queries and escalate as and when required. 
    • Replenish change at pay stations as and when required. 
    • Manage and reconcile the daily float.

    IMC Controller- CTIA

    Key Performance Outputs

    The successful candidate, reporting to the IMC Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

    • Monitor performance of contractors and service providers according to service level agreements
    • Close out all completed maintenance activities (including outage) and update the system accordingly.
    • Ensure system integrity and accuracy of information.
    • Coordinate the execution and follow through of unplanned emergencies until resolved and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
    • Monitor progress to ensure on-time performance of unplanned maintenance activities.
    • Compile and submit shift reports.
    • Ensure that all affected stakeholders are up to date with the outage activities in their area.
    • Monitor the technical systems and handle faults and alarms accordingly.

    • Communicate unplanned maintenance and provide feedback to operations, engineering and airport users.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    • The successful candidate must have a valid Matric (Grade 12) qualification
    • National certificate in Technical, Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance
    • A code 8 driver’s license with driving experience is essential.
    • 3 years’ technical operations experience is essential for this role.
    • Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
    • A trade test completion is recommended.

    Coordinator IT Architecture and Strategy

    Key Performance Outputs

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Group Manager Enterprise Architecture and Solutions  and will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

    • Perform and oversee office administration.
    • Replenish levels of stock, stationery and functional sundries in line with SCM processes.
