    AMECA Talent Analyst - Intern

    Purpose of the Job/Job Mission

    AMECA Regional Talent Management is responsible for ensuring that the region organisation has the right people in the right job at the right time and has a supply of talent coming up for the future at a regional level. Executing strategies, Talent programs and initiatives to ensure organizational alignment and effective use of human capital to deliver on Alstom business priorities, mission and strategies.

    Responsibilities And Accountabilities
    Talent Management:

    • Identify opportunities to adopt best practices and align with Region Talent Management Director to share with clusters/countries the key learning and insights
    • Support as necessary the talent acquisition activities, by promoting internal resources, facilitate sharing of talent pools.
    • Support an optimal Regional Resourcing Forum within AMECA region in order to encourage the internal mobility within the region on a regular interval.
    • Work with HR countries/Cluster on the Employer Branding initiatives to be certified “Top Employer” by the “Top Employer Institute” as part of our Alstom in Motion strategy, in line with our goal to become a Global Top Employer. The areas of work would be: Talent strategy, Performance management, Workforce planning, leadership development, talent acquisition, career and succession management, Onboarding, compensation and benefits, learning & development and culture.
    • HR data analytics, monthly/weekly reporting talent management related dashboards, nominations list, etc.
    • Any and all other responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, as assigned by supervisor/manager. This list of responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may change, be added to or adopted from any time.
       

    Learning & Development:

    • Liaisoning with Site / Country / Cluster HRDs to ensure one single LMS tool is used to manage all training activities across the new Alstom, keeping the right track record for management update on the progress.
    • Maintain proximity with the Business: local HRBP / L&D coordinator liaising with Employees and Line Managers for trainings at local level (i.e. mandatory / regulatory / certifications)
    • Ensure with Cluster / Country HR that the proper yearly Training Plan is clearly understood and coordinated with AU CoE.
    • Consolidate Training requests from Country/Sites/Managers, handle escalations from managers and HRBPs, continually monitoring and managing quality of service, workloads and priorities (coordinating with AU CoE to ensure the proper balance of load to allow the completion of the training plan)

    Measurement / Key Performance Indicators

    • Successfully engage stakeholders for the Top Employer Certification
    • Dashboard measurement on KPI’s of Learning & Development, Talent Management initiatives
    • Timely and successful implementation of People Management Cycle (PMC and People Review)
    • Feedback from Regional stakeholders

    Educational Requirements :

    • Graduate Degree Level, ideally Master in Business Administration

    Competencies

    • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills.
    • Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends.
    • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
    • Excellent communicator; listener with superior written, presentation & facilitation skills
    • Knowledge and network of various training service providers, coaches and external assessment agencies in the region .

    IS&T Business Partner Cluster

    Purpose of the Job

    • Reporting to the IS&T Business Partner Director, you will be in charge of managing local IS&T support services and works on local business relationship with Sites Management.

    MISSION
    Responsibilities And Objectives

    Work on local business relationship with regional partners:

    • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with management in the Cluster (participation to the Cluster Management Committee)
    • Be the single IS&T point of contact for the Cluster: new needs, reporting on performance, crisis management, ...
    • Collect local demands, promote global services and solutions, ensure overall satisfaction
    • Could participate to site workshop if IS&T needs to be represented (local cost reduction actions i.e)
    • Understand Cluster’s strategy, collect Cluster’s demands and build Cluster’s roadmaps with the support of the IS&T teams
    • Coordinate with central IS&T teams (Projects PPS, Operations performance,…) to communicate service & solutions performance and progress to Cluster
    • Promote global services and solutions in coordination with the Projects team
    • Contribute to change management activities to businesses in Cluster
    • Ensure Cluster overall satisfaction

    Manage local onsite support Services (IS & IT) partners on your perimeter :

    • Manage partner activities and monitors performance
    • Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance plans and Service Agreements linked to contracts
    • Formalize issues, follow up and escalation with operations teams
    • Contribute to incident and problem management (led by operations team)
    • Liaise with local management (including site MDs) to deal with major incidents / crisis
    • Approve service requests depending on validation workflows
    • Identify needs for end user training / tutorials
    • The perimeter can include several countries into the cluster

    Main challenges of the role

    • Align & coordinate regions strategy with transformation programs
    • Transverse overview & influence on all IS&T teams

    Skills, Knowledge And Experiences
    Business understanding and desired knowledge/experience

    • To be considered for this role, candidate need to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:
    • Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology, you have 7 years minimum of experience in IS&T / business relationship management.
    • As a manager you demonstrate good communication, leadership and change management skills. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity.
    • Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom.
