    Transport Partner - Broker - France

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Joining the Allocations team you'll be the go-to person for keeping things moving—literally! Working with the supply side and our drivers in France, here’s what you’ll be getting stuck into.
    • Make sure all our jobs are allocated by proactively reaching out (mostly by phone) to our TP's to pitch the available jobs to them.
    • You'll need to own the allocation process—manage pipelines and assign jobs to TPs in a way that keeps them engaged and motivated.
    • Stay on top of your TP network and build solid relationships;
    • You'll know who’s available, what vehicles they have, where they are, what jobs they can cover, and their rates and margins
    • Make sure they’re getting the kind of work that suits their needs so they stay active and loyal to AnyVan
    • Have good commercial and influencing skills to negotiate competitive rates that work for AnyVan, our customers, and our TP's.
    • Manually create ‘routes’ and schedules for transport partners consisting of multi-job loads.
    • Manage and monitor job routes to make sure everything runs to schedule.
    • Jump in when things don’t go to plan—resolve issues quickly by working closely with both TPs and customers to find smart, timely solutions and handle last-minute cancellations or failures by re-allocating the jobs (this is where you're relationships and knowledge of you TP base really comes in to play)
    • Handle key admin tasks like checking proof of delivery and keeping in touch with customers.
    • Hit your targets—not just on numbers, but on the way you work too (top-notch customer service, strong communication, etc.).

    Performance will be measured through the following key metrics:

    • Job allocation success – speed, efficiency, and profitability of transport partner matching.
    • Premium spend % – minimising excess payout by aligning jobs with optimal pricing strategies.
    • On-time delivery & client satisfaction – ensuring transport jobs meet or exceed service expectations.
    • Transport partner engagement – satisfaction, availability, and performance consistency.
    • Cancellation Ratio - 0% cancellation of jobs due to non fulfillment.
    • Build great relationships across AnyVan. You’ll work closely with teams like Sales and Customer Services to share operational insights and improve overall service delivery.

    What you’ll need to succeed: 

    • Experience in a commercial contact center/transport broker, transport coordinator, or live control/logistics role.
    • Bonus points if you have knowledge of the French market.
    • You MUST be able to speak and write fluently in French.
    • A commercial approach — You know how to build trust-based relationships and can negotiate with TPs in a way that works for both them and the business.
    • You're a confident communicator who knows how to work well with both internal teams and external partners.
    • Targets don’t scare you—you’re comfortable working towards them and hitting your goals.
    • You’ve got strong Excel skills and can pull together accurate, insightful reports to help drive smarter decisions.
    • Self-motivated, emotionally intelligent, and resilient—you stay cool under pressure and adapt easily when things change.
    • You’re super organised with an eye for detail.
    • A proactive attitude and a history of getting things done at a fast pace.

    • Currently living in a commutable distance to our offices in the Central Business district and happy to be based onsite 5 days a week and can work weekends and evenings on a rotational shift pattern.

    Talent Acquisition Partner

    • We're on the look out for an outstanding recruiter to focus on recruiting for our operations teams in SA and the UK, who can deliver approx 100-150 high quality sales and customer service people per year. You'll be a candidate guru with some tried and tested methods to make sure we bring in the right people quickly and efficiently.

    • Manage high volumes of applications efficiently, making sure all candidates receive a fair and positive experience, from the first contact all the way through to their onboarding, regardless of the outcome.

    Transport Partner Operations Executive - Germany

    Role Overview:

    • Our TP Operations Executives play a vital role in supporting and managing our Transport Partners (TPs) — the driving force on the supply side of our business. They act as a crucial link between AnyVan and our TP network, ensuring we attract, onboard, and retain high-performing partners who deliver exceptional service to our customers.

    What you’ll be doing:

    Recruitment and onboarding

    • Source and recruit new TPs in the German market.
    • Get them set up on our portal and app so they know exactly how to bid on and complete jobs.
    • Deliver training and support to help them succeed and meet AnyVan’s quality standards.

    Support & Build Relationships

    • Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for our TPs – helping with questions about accounts, jobs, or how to use the platform.
    • Keep up-to-date lists of who’s available, where they’re based, and what jobs they can cover.
    • Build trust with both TPs and customers by solving problems quickly and keeping everyone informed.

    Keep Things Running Smoothly

    • Assign jobs to the right TPs, negotiating rates so everyone’s happy.
    • Manage quotes and make proactive calls to secure the best deals for both TPs and AnyVan.
    • Keep an eye on TP performance – stepping in if there are issues like low feedback scores or compliance concerns.
    • Tackle compliance and service quality issues head-on to reduce cancellations and keep standards high.
    • Make sure all regular TP account management tasks are ticked off on time.

    Be There for Customers

    • On the day of service, you’ll often be the first point of contact for our customers, answering questions, troubleshooting, and making sure they feel supported.
    • Work with both customers and TPs to make sure deadlines are met and any hiccups are quickly sorted out.
    • Keep customer records accurate and up to date.
    • Team up with other departments to make sure customers always get the best experience.

    General Admin

    • Handle things like checking proof of delivery, invoicing, pricing updates, and charge management.

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals in a fast-paced customer service or telesales role.
    • Strong communication and rapport-building skills, especially over the phone.
    • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
    • Resilience, positivity, and a proactive approach.
    • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
    • A strong bias for action, able to get things done quickly and effectively.

    • Location & Hours – Based in our Cape Town working flexible shift patterns in line with our German operating hours which will include working some weekends (Saturday's and Sunday's)
