    Service Administrator Level 2 Global Grade 07

    Key Output

    •  Accurately capture relevant data from external and internal customers
    •  Resolve internal and external customer queries

    Diagnostic Technical Representative Global Grade 10

    Key Output

    •  Ensure improved product health for all products in area of responsibility.

    •  Must have completed Caterpillar Advance certification.
    •  Minimum of 12 years post-apprentice/learner ship experience of which 5 years should be field service] (external candidates)
    •  Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Technical Analyst.
    •  Exceptional knowledge of product operating systems, testing and adjusting, and troubles shooting.
    •  Exceptional trouble shooting, problem solving and failure analysis skills.
    •  Be able to compile accurate and professional reports (Failure and conditional)

    Boilermaker Mechanical Assistant Global Grade 03

    Key Output

    •  Assist the Boilermakers in their day-to-day activities in the Welding Bay.
    •  Assist in the assembly and disassembly of fabricated components.

    Auto Electrician Global Grade 08

    Key Output

    •  Carry out auto electrical and electronic repairs and maintenance on Earthmoving Equipment in workshop, customer sites or field service.

    Product Manager Global Grade 12

    Key Output

    Parts Pricing Analyst Global Grade 10

    Key Outputs

    •  Ensure accuracy and validity of pricing of all parts in the system.

    Condition Monitor Global Grade 09

    Position Outputs

    • Install and Drive a culture of Zero Harm aligning to the Site's standards,
    •  BWE standards and our Principals (CAT).
    • Implement and execute the onsite Condition Monitoring strategy.

    • Monitor machine health through EM solutions
