    GSE Maintenance – Menlyn Mix Apartments & Hotel Suites

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Performance of high-quality repairs and routine maintenance, as directed, to a wide range of Company assets, including but not limited to Buildings, Plant, Machinery, Furniture, Equipment and Facilities. Performance of refurbishment as well as other projects, including construction. Provides support to the Handyman in all aspects of the technical / mechanical side of the resort functions. The successful candidate must be prepared to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, overtime, and stand-by duties.

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

    • Previous experience in a similar maintenance position (especially in the Hospitality Industry)
    • Proven practical knowledge of general maintenance principles.
    • Diagnostic & troubleshooting skills.
    • Specialist maintenance skills a distinct advantage
    • Valid code B driver’s licence a distinct advantage
    • Ability to work under pressure either as part of a team or as an individual.
    • Good communication skills

    Res Admin Support Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • We are seeking a highly detail oriented Support Administrator whose primary responsibility will be to analyse support data, produce accurate reports, coordinate activities between the support team, and guarantee that every piece of information is communicated efficiently between the team.
    • The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with meticulousness. Your core function will be analysing and interpreting a wide array of information, reports and statistics to streamline the flow of information to a variety of teams/touchpoints ensuring that the relevant stakeholders receive reliable information to perform their duties effectively.

    Core Duties Include:

    • In this Liaison role you will be the central point of communication ensuring everyone is on the same page
    • Directing information through to the correct path to ensure smooth and efficient query handling in a timely manner
    • Run ad-hoc deep dives (e.g.: spikes, root causes, trends) and present actionable insights
    • Ensure guidelines for ticket tagging, relevant information, categorisation and metadata are met
    • Completing daily administrative duties according to operational processes

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (specifically Microsoft Excel)
    • Previous experience in reporting and/or workflow coordinating highly advantageous

    • Strong ability to interpret data: identify trends, patterns and root causes within the data and translate into actionable tasks
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptionally Strong Attention to Detail
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines and prioritise work effectively
    • Self motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as within a team

    GSE Cook – Kiara Lodge

    Key Performance Areas:

    • You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to our guests and customers. You will need to be creative, develop new dishes, determine specials of the day, and put together a menu that feels fresh and exciting to our guests.

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

    • Coordinating the work responsibilities of the kitchen
    • Preparing foods
    • Frying, grilling, and sautéing foods
    • Experience in making wood-oven pizzas
    • Keeping stations cleaned and organized
    • Following and creating recipes
    • Maintaining excellent hygiene
    • Lifting heavy pots and kitchen equipment
    • Friendly, approachable with some form of client experience
    • Ability to handle complaints in a courteous manner
    • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Dedicated to food quality and control
    • Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
