    Experience and Knowledge

    • 8+ years of copywriting experience, with strong expertise in conceptual creative work
    • Proven ability to develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, social)
    • Experience driving creative direction for complex, high-visibility projects
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of conceptual strategic and brand-aligned copy solutions
    • Experience conducting user research and leveraging data to inform messaging strategies
    • Previous experience in an agency environment or in-house creative studio

    Qualifications (Minimum)

    • Bachelor’s Degree in, Communications, Copywriting, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.

    Purpose Statement

    • To manage the currency exposures and internal and external customer relationships of Business Bank in respect of Forex.

    Experience
    Minimum:

    • 5yrs forex trading experience in a dealing room ( in a banking, insurance, corporate environment)
    • Managing client and stakeholder relationships.
    • Compliance within risk and regulatory frameworks.
