    Enrolled Nurse Maternity Ward X3

    Job Summary:

    • As Enrolled Nurse, to take responsibility for both direct and indirect nursing care of a patient or group of patients, and to function under the direct and/ or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse, according to the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Grade 12.
    • Enrolled Nursing qualification.
    • Current registration with South African Nursing Council.
    • BLS qualification.
    • 3+ years’ relevant Nursing experience in Female ward.
    • Experience within a private hospital environment advantageous.
    • Computer proficiency advantageous.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Perform all duties in accordance with the South African Nursing Council (SANC), Department of Health (DOH) and National Core Standards.
    • Adhere to the principles and standards of patient advocacy according to the SANC acts and Omissions, Company Code of Conduct, patient rights and Responsibility charter, National Millennium Development goals and the responsibility of continuous professional development (CPD). Plan, organize, assess, and prioritize work for self to ensure efficient completion of tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

    • Adhere to the principles of Lean management (i.e., reducing wastage and unnecessary expenditure) without compromising patient care whilst ensuring minimal wastage.

    Patient Services Manager

    Job Description

    • To plan, organize and execute the revenue cycle management at a hospital facility. The incumbent manages a team of specialist that contribute to hospital finances through accurate billing and risk mitigation processes.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Relevant Bachelor's degree.
    • Registered Nurse.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in private healthcare.
    • Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills along with excellent customer service skills.
    • Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, without loss of efficiency or composure.
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Good management skills.
    • Experience in Billings and Case Management advantageous.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Ensure efficient management Reception, Admissions, Case Management and Billing Auditing departments.
    • Ensure revenue and collection targets are achieved effectively by the department.
    • Monitor and ensure WIP (Work-in-Progress) is within the agreed upon periods.
    • Ensure overall rejections are within the acceptable threshold.
    • Review, audit and sign off on all consignments to ensure accuracy of billing and minimization capital loss.
    • Conduct daily EOC (End of Case) reconciliation to ensure billings are done within the allotted timeframes per funder standards.
    • Ensure case managers follow proper coding protocols to reduce rejection rates.
    • Ensure case managers Maintain up-to-date register of length of stay and update the funders regularly to ensure all services rendered are paid.
    • Lead and drive the accurate and business billing process to ensure Patient Services metric targets are achieved.
    • Analyse data trends relating to rejections and short payments.
    • Ensure all files requested and utilized are in accordance with CHG standards.

    Human Resources Business Partner

    Job Summary 

    • To plan and deliver Human Resources plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the hospital. The incumbent is required to perform full generalist functions including recruitment and selection, employee relations, training and supervision of hospital related administrative processes.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • 3 years Diploma in Human Resources Management or Equivalent NQF7 qualification
    • 3 - 5 years human resources generalist experience 
    • Working knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning and Development (training), Industrial Relations and Talent management.
    • Knowledge of relevant Labour Relations 
    • Knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act 

    Minimum Job Requirements: 

    • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters, supporting managers in dealing with complex issues, performance, attendance and employee relations issues.
    • Identify HR priorities from Head Office and Hospital plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices (relevant to the facility) and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
    • Deliver people solutions across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, onboarding, recruitment and selection, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management
    • Analyse and report HR information to support benchmarking and the development of hospitalbased HR strategies and solutions
    • Provide up to date knowledge of the legal frameworks within Hospitals and HR operate and ensure implemented HR policies are in line with current legislation
    • Adhere to all personnel administration policies, processes, system / technologies and procedures; ensuring that all personnel records / data are accurate and up to date
    • Coordinate grievances, ensuring that grievance procedures are correctly followed and that all matters of grievance are lodged and managed appropriately by management
    • Collaborate and support Line Managers during the performance management cycle (i.e. clarifying goals, expectations, providing feedback and evaluating results) in identifying and correcting poor performance
    • Provides project management expertise through the initiation, management and driving of projects and HR initiatives at hospital level
