    What Will You Do?

    Key Responsibility:

    • You'll have responsibility for a number of projects, delivering solutions to customers who are globally successful.
    • Be able to work in both the functional and technical aspects of a consulting role. In technical terms you'll do coding, configurations and use Custom Workflows.
    • You'll spend time managing stakeholders, facilitate workshops and work in teams to deliver solutions to the customers.
    • Demonstrate analysis skills and experience in principles of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) and related technologies to provide detailed reliable options and scoping/estimates for solution implementations
    • Facilitate in pre-sales and sales activities.
    • Drive / Participate in client workshops to demonstrate product capabilities
    • Analyze customer business requirements and design technical solutions to meet business goals and objectives including functional / non-functional requirements in alignment with architectural standards
    • Disposition requirements to be addressed by out of the box features via standard configuration as well as customization including the proper customization technique
    • Support the development of test scenarios / scripts and coordinate / drive client solution testing
    • Develop appropriate requirements, design, testing and deployment quality documentation to support the solution delivery
    • Provide subject matter expertise to customers including technologies and implementation methodologies to successfully implement CRM solutions
    • Effectively work with team members including partners, customers, and leaders to proactively identify and mitigate / resolve risks and issues
    • Consume and contribute best / recommended practices, lessons learned, and intellectual property (IP) to the global Microsoft community with a focus on continuous improvement
    • Foster client relationships and engage with Microsoft and client stakeholders to drive solution success

    Who Do You Need to Be?

    • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) implementations.
    • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) qualifications or certifications and a desire to develop various relevant skills and capabilities.
    • 7+ years of consulting experience.
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) experience
    • Large scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation experience
    • Architecture and design experience
    • Technical skillset including C# .NET, CRM Plugin Development, Custom workflows (Desirable) + Power Automate (Flow)
    • Experience working on Full life cycle projects

    Advantageous

    • IT Degree (Bcom/BSc/Btech) or similar
    • Business Analysis courses or certifications
    • Project Management or Administration experience
    • Experience with Microsoft tools such as Visio
    • Experience in Low/no code development and automation platforms such as Nintex, Power Apps, Automation Anywhere etc.

    What Will You Do? 

    • Learn about client's finance operations challenges in order to understand their business needs.
    • Define client problems concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution.
    • Develop and present proposed solution to client.
    • Assist with business development activities such as scoping, proposals, and presentations and client workshops.
    • Develop key divisional client relationships and grow Decision Inc.’s Financial Planning & Analytics presence in assigned client base.
    • Work with leadership to deliver against divisional commercial goals.
    • Work with the delivery team to ensure excellent in-client performance.

    Who Do You Need to Be?

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management consulting and/or sales role
    • Relevant Finance Qualification, preferably CIMA
    • Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to identify client challenges and create opportunities for improvement and client value.
    • Ability to explain technical concepts to business users in a language they understand, and business requirements to technical delivery team.
    • Ability to successfully manage and foster strong relationships with team and clients.
    • Effective planning and organizational skills
    • Passionate and ambitious to deliver on the company’s strategic plan.
