- Facilitate the implementation of the end-to-end enrolment and onboarding process

Purpose of the role :
To provide academic learning process support, guidance, coaching and motivation to students, during the online education programme and learning process, thereby contributing towards timeous completion of the programme (academic success), a positive student experience and retention (manage the student’s learning and learning programme efficiently and effectively).

Experience

QUERY RESOLUTION

TRACKING AND PROGRESS MANAGEMENT
Individual student progress tracking and progress feedback (utilizing available software)
