    5G Solution and Sales Manager

    Purpose of the position: 

    5G Solution and Sales Manager will be mainly responsible for improving organization’s 5G market position and achieves financial growth. This person will define regional 5G strategic goals, identifies business opportunities, builds industry partner relationships, negotiates and closes 5G business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current 5G market conditions.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Be responsible for 5G strategy planning and 5G eco-system establishment in regions
    • Based on the customer's business and network construction requirements, formulate and provide the network construction strategy for the wireless network, develop the overall solution sales strategy, and conduct customer communication guidance.
    • Be responsible for customer requirements of regions/countries/accounts, and build and continuously promote the competitiveness of wireless solutions.
    • Provide consulting on the evolution planning of installed base networks, gain insight into network features, analyse network weaknesses and customer pain points, customize spectrum and network evolution solutions, and influence the customer's technical layer network construction roadmap.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Engineering or any business related qualification will be an advantage 
    • Minimum of 8 years’ solutions sales experience in wireless telecom communications.
    • Proven sales success, client management, and service delivery experience
    • Proven stakeholder management skills, understanding of the sales process and methods, and profitability and risk management skills
    • Strong consulting skills with excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
    • Understanding ICT products and services, its competitors’ offerings and the key differentiators
    • Advanced interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven conflict and issue management skills
    • Team-oriented leadership and management skills and a professional attitude to colleagues and clients
    • Experience of working with audiences with varying levels of technical understanding in different cultures
    • Must be presentable, articulate, reliable, committed and resilient

    Core Network Manager

    Purpose of the position:

    •  Response for cloud core network solution sales project, achieve the target KPI of annual sales and financial growth.
    •  Undertake the strategy formulated by the region office, and organize various trail offices.
    •  Organize carrier congress and summits to enhance Huawei's brand.
    •  Engage with technical customer and keep better relationship
    •  Finalize requirement and solution with customer, complete network design and bidding document.
    •  Collect and analyse information of industry, expand cloud core network market share.

     

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Master the basic principles and knowledge of cloud core network products, such as CS, PS, IMS and 5G Core.
    • Have an in-depth understanding of core network solution, especially in PS and 5G Core part, so could be able to accurately understand the customer's network construction requirements,
    • Guide customers to perform cloud transformation and 5G target network evolution on inventory networks, identify network problems and opportunities, and complete network planning and design.
    • Have capability of market insight, find breakthrough opportunities in new markets, plan high-level business activities.
    • Have marketing capability, working with colleague to plan marketing activities such as carrier conferences and workshops, also could give a presentation for customer.
    • Follow the company's business model design to maintain long-term profitability.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Engineering or any business related qualification will be an advantage 
    •  Experience in solutions sales and winning competitive projects is preferred.
    • Strong consulting skills with excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
    • Advanced interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented leadership and a professional attitude to colleagues and clients
