    Administrator - Credit Control

    Job Description
    Key Responsibility Areas:

    • Collect overdue monies.
    • Average of 60-60 Calls per day.
    • Average of 40-50 physical accounts per day.
    • Must work on an average of 1000 overdue clients per month.
    • Maintain a high quality of work.
    • Maintain a high quality of work. Score of at least 80% on QC
    • Identify and resolve queries and problem accounts (daily).
    • CRM – a CRM note to be put on the system EVERY time you work on an account.
    • Check ageing on your allocated sub-segment daily.
    • Prevent the debtor’s book from ageing. Take corrective action where required.
    • Unallocated balances must be worked on daily and check that all allocations are done.
    • Credit balances must be worked on and reduced on a monthly basis.
    • Debit Order file (other codes) must be worked on.
    • Provide high quality customer service on a daily basis.
    • Achieve monthly targets as set out by management.
    • You will provide daily and or weekly feedback to your supervisor/manager when required.
    • Documentation must be done accurately and correct.
    • ALL queries must be resolved within 24 hours.

    Qualifications And Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • 2+ years credit control experience
    • 1+ years Customer service or call centre experience
    • CRM experience
    • Credit management certification

    Education

    • National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12

    VCAM Operator

    Job Description

    • Perform daily health checks, attend to ad-hoc requests, footage downloads, onboarding, offboarding of vehicles onto VCAM and Streamax systems.
    • Ensure Inbound SLA's are met and also making outbound calls to Clients to retrieve availability etc.
    • Follow ups on repair cases are crucial. It will be required from time to time to work on a Saturday or public holiday

    Education

    • National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12

    T07 - Agent: Contact Centre (H10)

    Job Description
    The Agent will be responsible for multiple Customer Service related functions.

    • Logging De, re and repair cases, following up until completion
    • Maintaining database administration requests once received, this is for all Netstar systems
    • Focusing a lot on Client unit health
    • Maintain a 80/20 Inbound call ratio
    • Make outbound calls to retrieve availability for repairs
    • Attend to any Ad-hock report / requests received
    • On and Offboarding of new / old Client / Vehicles

    Education

    • National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12
