    Senior Project Manager (Delivery)

    Job Description

    • The Senior Project Manager must have a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in the public sector. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess significant consulting experience and hands-on expertise in managing the implementation of technology solutions from major suppliers like IBM or similar platforms.

    Job Specification

    • Project Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale, complex IT projects for public sector clients from initiation to closure.
    • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, including government officials. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
    • Consulting & Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging your consulting expertise to align technology solutions with their organisational goals and challenges.
    • Integration Solution Delivery: Oversee the successful implementation of enterprise integration solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between disparate systems.
    • Team Management: Lead cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, solution architects, developers, and QA testers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
    • Risk & Budget Management: Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports, financial updates, and executive briefings to both internal and client leadership.

    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

    • Deep understanding of public sector procurement processes, compliance requirements, and governance structures.
    • Familiarity with IBM's integration suite (e.g., IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, API Connect, MQ) is a significant advantage.

    Required experience

    • Minimum of 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
    • Demonstrable experience managing projects within the public sector or for state-owned corporations.
    • Hands-on experience managing the implementation of enterprise integration, or similar technology solutions, from multinational software providers.
    • Proven experience in a consulting role or with a professional services organisation.
    • Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, using project management software such as JIRA and Microsoft Project.

    Software Developer (Python / Django)

    • As a Process Architecture & BPM Capability Specialist, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and evolving the enterprise process architecture and BPM capability across the organisation. You will enable end-to-end traceability from strategy to execution while supporting data-driven optimisation, automation, governance, and operational excellence.
    • This strategic role is critical in enabling the organisation's transformation agenda by establishing a robust enterprise process architecture and BPM capability, improving decision-making, optimising costs, increasing operational efficiency, reducing risk, and strengthening delivery performance across federated tribes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and maintain enterprise process architecture across all levels (L0–L4), aligned to business strategy and value chains
    • Establish and govern a single source of truth for process models, taxonomy, and standards
    • Design and implement BPM governance frameworks, process ownership structures, and operating models
    • Lead enterprise BPM maturity uplift initiatives and embed governance, compliance, and audit readiness
