    Senior Learning and Development Manager

    Job Description:

    • This is a 6 – month contract with our client in the banking sector
    • Our client is looking for a Senior Learning and Development manager. Design and deliver scalable, high-impact enterprise leadership frameworks and flagship programs that translate business strategy into strong leadership pipelines, measurable behaviour change, and business results.

    Responsibilities

    • Leadership Strategy & Architecture: Translate business strategy into enterprise leadership development frameworks, learning pathways, and experiential learning architectures.
    • Flagship Programme Oversight: Architect and set design standards for enterprise flagship leadership programs, ensuring solutions are experience-led, practical, and measurable.
    • Executive Advisory & Consulting: Partner with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders to diagnose capability gaps and secure executive sponsorship for leadership initiatives.
    • Measurement & Impact: Design metrics, reporting, and governance mechanisms to track learning application, behavioural change, and ROI in the workplace.
    • Vendor & Portfolio Management: Manage external learning providers and program design partners to ensure high-quality delivery, budget optimization, and governance compliance.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Experience: 8–12 years of experience in L&D, Leadership Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
    • Leadership Framework Design: Proven track record designing enterprise-scale learning architectures and managing flagship leadership programs.
    • Executive Engagement: Extensive experience consulting with senior/executive stakeholders and translating business strategy into capability requirements.
    • Education: Bachelor's Degree / NQF Level 7 (HR, L&D, Industrial Psychology, OD, or Business Management). Postgraduate/Honours degree preferred.
    • Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in learning architecture, learning measurement/evaluation frameworks, talent alignment, change management, and vendor management.

    BAW Tech Lead (IBM BPM / BAW & MQ)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor the BAW development team; own end-to-end technical delivery, architecture compliance, and pattern reuse across business units.
    • Hands-on Development & Governance: Build solutions to specification, lead design/code reviews, and maintain detailed technical documentation.
    • Support & Maintenance: Manage daily operations, incident resolution, maintenance, and platform enhancements under strict SLAs.
    • Platform Management: Oversee performance and stability across the IBM BAW/BPM and IBM MQ environments.

    Minimum Requirements

    Work Management Platform Lead

    • We are hiring a Work Management Platform Lead to serve as the enterprise technical authority for our work management ecosystem. This hands-on role is responsible for driving platform strategy, architecture, governance, integrations, and continuous improvement across tools like Jira and Target process.
    • Note: This is a hands-on technical architecture and engineering leadership role, not a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or people management position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Platform Ownership & Strategy: Define roadmaps, operating principles, security standards, and governance frameworks for enterprise work management tools.

    Minimum Requirements

    Experience & Technical Skills

    • 7+ years configuring and architecting enterprise work management systems (Jira Cloud/Data Centre, IBM Target process, or equivalent).
    • Integration Expertise: Proven experience with REST APIs, webhooks, data synchronization, and automated workflow design.
    • Data & Architecture Design: Strong experience with security models, complex hierarchy design, data modelling, and reporting frameworks.
    • Large Enterprise Background: Demonstrated history of driving platform governance and integrations across complex enterprise environments.

    Practical Knowledge

    • Strong alignment with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe frameworks.
    • Understanding of portfolio management, delivery telemetry, and platform operating models.

    AI Specialist - Group Internal Audit

    Job Description:

    • This is a 3 - month contract with our client in the banking sector.
    • Accelerate Group Internal Audit's strategic transformation into an AI-powered function. This hands-on specialist role designs, builds, and scales GenAI, agentic workflows, and predictive analytics on Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Fabric to automate and elevate risk assessment, audit planning, testing, and reporting.

    Responsibilities include:

    • AI Solution & Workflow Design: Build and deploy GenAI solutions, agentic workflows, prompt templates, and predictive risk-scoring models across core audit phases.
    • Platform & Stack Execution: Develop secure tools leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Python, SQL, and APIs.
    • Governance & Responsible AI: Implement strict model risk management, data privacy, and security guardrails to ensure AI outputs are accurate and audit-ready.
    • Data Engineering & Dashboards: Conduct data engineering and quality assessments; design Power BI dashboards to present risk insights.

    Requirements include

    Experience required

    • Financial Services: Demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions in a regulated banking or financial services environment.
    • Audit/Risk (Preferred): Prior experience in internal audit, risk management, assurance automation, or control testing.

    Technical & core skills

    • Tech Stack: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot / Copilot Studio / GitHub Copilot, Python, SQL, and API integration.
    • AI Expertise: GenAI solution architecture, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, MLOps, and Responsible AI principles.

    SAP Principle Consultant-Functional

    Role Overview

    • The Principal SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP Consultant will drive business analysis, solution design, configuration, and integration for Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). You will play a fundamental role in realizing business benefits across core HR and payroll, ensuring seamless system performance and integration across multiple enterprise modules.

    • Work Setup: Must be available for a 3-month contract on a hybrid working model based in Sandton.

    Education & Certification

    • Education: Relevant Tertiary Qualification in IT, HR, or related field.
    • Certifications: Official certification in SAP SF Employee Central Payroll and/or Employee Central (Strongly Preferred).
