    Senior DevOps Manager (CPQ & SPM)

    About the job

    The primary responsibility of the Senior CPQ & SPM DevOps Manager is to collaborate with Leadership, Product Development, Infrastructure Operations and Quality Assurance to ensure available, scalable and reliable business experiences in the daily management of the applications area in the business.

    The role should drive increased capacity to innovate and expedite the value of the application for our business - this includes management of all design, build, release and support activities associated with the application portfolio. The role needs to take decisive management accountability and ownership of the DevOps portfolio of the entire application to manage the application outcomes for the businesses’ role must manage the teams responsible for all activities in the application environment. They are responsible to ensure the team deliver and execute in alignment with solid DevOps principles and practices. The role owns and runs and is accountable for the end to end run of the application environment and associated teams. The role is responsible to advice and plan the roadmap of the application for the business.

    Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

    • Salesforce or Conga CPQ certified beneficial
    • Relevant certifications beneficial
    • Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial
    • Agile related certifications preferable

    Required Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 – 12 years of technical team management experience including platform-based development teams
    • Substantial years of experience deploying software solutions to clients in an outsourced or similar IT environment.
    • Substantial experience working in a multi-team environment across multiple geographies.

    Senior Principal: Solutions Architect

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for establishing value-stream and product aligned solution architecture including business process management to support the rapid design, delivery, and improvement of digital products
    • Embed a capability where products are designed and architected with the user experience at its heart – driven from a customer journey and service perspective
    • Ensure solutions are designed in line with Enterprise Architecture roadmaps, aligned to appropriate best practices, standards and methodologies including building appropriate vendor alliances
    • Drive opportunities for reuse and extensibility balanced against complexity, cost and timelines
    • Support Product Management teams to identify the value of products being delivered in the context of the product roadmaps
    • Act as the escalation route for technical delivery issues, and support technical conversations with senior business stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    Lead Data Analyst

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build out the Product Analytics team.
    • Create a generalised, repeatable framework for analysing user behaviour in digital platforms.
    • Support Product Managers to implement and rapidly iterate through the build, measure and learn loop.
    • Define great metrics to align the team.

    Background:

    • An Analytics Lead or experienced Data Analyst with a specific focus on product analytics
    • Experience in working in either a product-led, growth-focused or technology organisation, ideally working together and collaborating with product managers and other business stakeholders
    • Familiarity with a variety of Data Analytics tools, from business intelligence, and experimentation to causal inference, and interacting with databases at scale (SQL, Python, etc). You know when to pick the right tool, and can help others do the same
    • A generalist analytical thinker with a strong technical foundation (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or Actuarial Science) looking to apply familiar techniques to product analytics

    General Experience:

    • 5+ years in an Data, Engineering or Product Management role
    • Experience analysing and visualising event streams in web and app contexts
    • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing and funnel building with large datasets
    • Experience with optimisation on digital platforms 
    • Experience mentoring or coaching team members
    • Strong SQL experience
