    Front Office Duty Manager

    Description

    • The Front Office Duty Manager is responsible for the supervision and control of all guest services, Reservations, Guest Relations and administration of the Front Office Department.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Hotel Management Qualification or similar
    • 1 – 2 Years Front Office Supervisory experience advantageous
    • General Duty Manager experience advantageous
    • Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
    • Honest and trustworthy beyond approach
    • Great attention to detail

    Procurement Specialist

    Description

    • A Procurement Specialist acquires a company’s various supplies. Their main duties include locating key suppliers, negotiating the company’s purchasing agreements and making sure their materials and products meet the company’s specifications. This person will also be involved in special procurement projects throughout the group including involvement of opening of new hotels..

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management advantageous
    • Proven previous experience as a Procurement Specialist, minimum of 4 years
