Ensuring that the orders loaded onto the delivery vehicles are 100% accurate when compared against the customer’s order and specifications;
Compares and identifies information against Purchase Orders and Invoices for quantities and weights, or measured items of all outgoing stock, to verify information against Delivery Notes, Invoices and other records.
Confirm the plotted route which the Driver needs to follow
Capture the plotted route onto the Track Matrix timeously
Regular inspections conducted on the picked orders by checking quantity and quality of fresh produce as well as shortages and extras.
Ensure that the delivery routes are set for the benefit of the customers and the company;
Confirm the plotted delivery route to the Driver timeously.
Ensure that customer satisfaction is kept at optimal levels by ensuring on time deliveries, accurate and best quality orders.
Maintain acceptable levels of administration in the handling of Credit Notes and Returns.
Maintain effective fleet utilization standards, e.g. clean delivery vehicles, professional deliveries, etc.
Adhere to Food Safety and Health and Safety Regulations.
Requirements:
Grade 12 is essential.
Minimum of two – three years’ experience in a Fresh Produce environment is required.
Must have previous proven experience in vehicle tracking systems.

Drive promotion and sale of stock
Achieving monthly sales targets
Facilitate sales of all products and services according to the client's needs
Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times
Professionally responsible for the processing of all telephonic orders placed by customers;
Responsible for the processing of emailed and faxed orders by customers;
Processing picking slips into invoices
Responsible for liaising with customers in the event of their order not being fulfilled 100%, e.g. shortfalls in their order, shortage of stock; delays in the delivery of their order, etc.
Assisting customers with any queries;
Responsible for specific customer accounts.
Responsible for monthly invoicing of allocated customers;
Liaise with customers on updated pricing.
Appropriate knowledge of stock and products;
Knowledge of stock levels and delivery dates.
Requirements:
Grade 12 is essential.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales Call Centre environment;
Previous experience in fresh produce will be an advantage.
Previous experience in SAP will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills

Ability to work with no supervisor;
Deadline driven.
