KEY RESULT AREAS
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Gather and analyse data on asset performance, utilization, and deployment across various channels.
- Develop regular reports on asset usage, performance metrics, and KPIs for review by the Asset Strategy Manager and Deployment Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Safety and Sustainability
- Ensure that a safety and sustainability culture is entrenched with transport teams and all incidents, accidents and near misses are reported, investigation and corrective actions implemented and monitored.

Key performance areas
Manage Maintenance:
- Manage internal and third party contract maintenance, as well as OEMs to ensure high availability and reliability of plant and equipment.
- To set and obtain the maintenance objectives.
- In consultation with Unit Managers and maintenance groups, to further develop the maintenance plan and to provide support in the execution thereof.
- Monitor internal, third party and OEM performance and work with them to requirements continuously improve plant performance. To formulate /standards for the maintenance concept and the maintenance plans.

Process Development:

Staff Development:
- Assist the development of cidery staff by providing technical expertise and for AM and PM processes.
- To advise the cidery Packaging Leadership team in respect of maintenance systems, such as HACS, RCM, TPM etc. and cooperate with external partners in this respect.
- To recognise the training needs in the fields of maintenance knowledge and improvement skills and to issue relevant advice.
- To carry out benchmark research in cooperation with GSC.
