    Inventory Controller

    THE JOB AT A GLANCE

    • To manage stock inventory by tightly monitoring it from the process facility all the way to finished goods and achieving zero stock take variances through the utilisation of SOPs, and leading staff in achieving these business objectives.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    •  Managing stock inventory, making sure that it is of good quality standards, and they is no variances in each subinventory. 
    •  Manage, train, or coach team members on stock take, sorting, and inventory management SOP.
    •  Among other MECP tools, you must have an excellent understanding of 55 principles, teamwork, Quality, and Safety pillars. 
    •  Good presentation skills, since you will be required to facilitate meetings with your teams. 
    •  Must have a cost reduction mindset since it will play a crucial role in driving down conversion cost, and will be involved in cost initiative projects.

    People Business Partner: Bakeries Pretoria

    • Support the People Manager in the execution of the business specific people agenda and deliver efficient and cost-effective People administrative support to employees and managers at particular business sites in the organisation. This includes administrative activities and service delivery along the whole HR value chain (incl. talent acquisition and management, organisation, capabilities, employee relations and culture needs and priorities).

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Execution of People Strategy
    • Responsible for the execution of programmes and activities initiated by the People Business Partners, e.g. talent acquisition campaigns, bargaining agreements, learning and development programmes

    Shopper Marketing Manager: Personal Care

    CATEGORY & SHOPPER UNDERSTANDING

    • Motivate for & deliver Shopper Research, extracting key insights & delivering recommended action plans to leverage the associated growth opportunities

    • Collaborate with Trade Marketing to build Channel/Cluster “Look of Success,” launch GTM plans, & shopper campaigns to deliver the strategic shopper plans as well as Channel/Custer/Customer specific initiatives to take advantage of identified basket conversion opportunities for category / brand.
    • Support Trade Marketing in building commercial arguments for customers & providing strategic shopper inputs into Joint Business Planning & Category Reviews.
    • Quarterly strategy reviews are to be undertaken and Shopper Marketing Plans revised accordingly in response to changing market dynamics, new opportunities, & Identified risks. 

    REVENUE MANAGEMENT

    • Work closely with Revenue Management & Trade Marketing to:
    • Review packprice architecture by channel/cluster to competitive satisfy shopper needs & optimise range performance for TB & the trade
    • determine optimised promotional mechanics & pricing levels by channel/cluster to drive brand switching & profitably build basket size/mix in line with shopper plans

    PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

    • Ensure that all shopper marketing plans are executed on time & in full, delivering the objectives/ROI set, timeously addressing delays & shortfalls

    Risk Coordinator

    • To create an environment that is conducive to Tiger Brands continuous improvement in the fields of Health, Safety, Security and Environmental compliance, enabling Tiger Brands to achieve its objectives in the above-mentioned fields of legal compliance and social responsibility. Candidate will implement and maintain the international safety and environmental management systems and ensure the site adherence to all SHE related legislation. Candidate will facilitate the identification of site risks with the HODs and lead the documentation of the risk assessment matrices. The SSE Officer is required to drive capability building for SHE at the site with the support of the SC Academy and HRD Personnel. He / She is the custodian of safe working practices. The candidate will ensure that all work is carried out according to SHE policies, standards and procedures by implementing a behavioural based safety program on site. They are further required to supply SHE guidance and support to the site and monitor compliance through the facilitation of SHE incident investigations being conducted and following-up on actions completed. Root cause analysis tools will be utilized for identify and implementing preventative actions for SHE incidents​
    • Design a system the addresses all aspects of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations, Codes and Best Practices.​
    • Adjust the system in such a way that the system is tailor made for each type of operation and activity.​
    • Update the system as changes occur within legislation.​
    • Update the system as changes occurred at Tiger Brands Manufacturing sites​
    • Build up a database of all National, Provincial and Municipal legislation.​

    • Attend meetings with Alexander Forbes {MARSH}to ensure that auditing is done correctly and as per standard required by Tiger Brands.​
    • Evaluate Audit reports for compliance.​
    • Organise special investigations as required and when required with the assistance of Alexander Forbes {MARSH}if needed.​
    • Evaluate Insurance standards and recommend changes if required.​
    • Where requested, assist Tiger Brands sites with formal and informal investigations of accidents in the workplace.​
    • Attend formal enquiries from the Department of Labour and assist Tiger Brands sites with legal stance.​
    • Liaise with the Department of Labour and Compensation Commissioner on accidents and progress of claims.​
    • Get all applicable information from approved (legal) vendors.​
    • Place information on database and keep database updated.​
    • Liaise with vendors to ensure legal approval.

    Despatch Supervisor

    • Despatch Supervisor is responsible to manage efficient shift operations and maintaining high service standards. Play a crucial role in ensuring and oversee the smooth shift operations, manage the team, coordinates loading of trucks, cage transfers to holding cages and personnel efficiently.  Drive and maintain Team Connect and Shop floor development system.

    Measuring & Testing Analyst

    • To provide short-term specialist analytical support for internal aflatoxin testing using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The role will focus on method validation, system optimization, troubleshooting, and ensuring continuity of laboratory operations during a critical implementation phase.

    Key Responsibilities

    •   Execute and support HPLC method validation activities (precision, accuracy, linearity, recovery, LOD/LOQ).
    •   Perform routine aflatoxin analysis in accordance with approved methods and SOPs.
    •   Conduct system suitability testing and instrument performance verification.
    •   Troubleshoot HPLC instrumentation and chromatographic issues.
    •   Ensure data integrity and compliance with food safety and quality standards.

    Minimum Requirements

    •   Proven experience in method validation and documentation.
    •   Experience in food, pharmaceutical, or regulatory laboratory environment.
    •   Strong understanding of chromatographic principles and troubleshooting.
