    Eloqua Marketing Senior Consultant (GCC Africa - Remote)

    What You'll Bring:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, build, test, and deploy automated marketing campaigns in Eloqua, including lead nurturing emails, triggered communications, and data workflows.
    • Partner with campaign managers and regional marketing teams to support B2B lead generation programs, ABM initiatives, and lifecycle marketing efforts.
    • Maintain and optimize marketing automation processes, ensuring consistent data quality, compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and performance tracking.

    Database Administrator - GCCA Remote

    What You'll Bring:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a MySQL DBA, with deep expertise in:
    • Database architecture, query optimization, and transaction/locking mechanisms.
    • Storage engines (InnoDB, MyISAM) and replication (GTID, binlog).

    Proven experience with AWS RDS, including:

    Rep II – Customer Service, CAN Operations(Bilingual) - Remote GCCA

    What You'll Bring:

    • Answers and responds to incoming calls, emails or SalesForce WRs received from customers (internal and external).
    • Reps will provide prompt resolution to escalated inquiries to these high touch accounts.
    • Provides ongoing support for these higher touch accounts and able to support their requests.
