    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Craft a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to customer preferences and company recipes.
    • Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of all beverages.
    • Experiment with new recipes and seasonal drinks to enhance the menu.

    Events Coordinator

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Operational Delivery:

    • Assist to co-ordinate events and meetings for the Huawei Office Park
    • Assist in the co –ordination of the AV/ VC set up requirement for events and meetings, together with the Technical team
    • Assist in the coordination of all services during events (set up, stationery, catering, beverages etc)
    • Liaise with the catering company pertaining to events and meeting requirements
    • Liaise with Huawei events team regarding events / meeting requirements
    • Ensure all rooms set ups as required by the client meet clients specifications
    • Ensure water bottles are refreshed regularly throughout the day and that clean glasses are available at all times
    • Ensure that catering is booked on the system as and when required
    • Ensure that rooms are cleared and tidied after each event or meeting
    • Report over-flowing dustbins and cleaning issues to the cleaning team on duty in your area
    • Report and hand in any lost property found in meeting rooms to security

    Contractual Delivery:  

    • Ensuring that the co-ordination of the final setting-up of areas in preparation for events services
    • Ensure provision of table settings and decoration, the manner and cost of which is to be agreed by Huawei
    • Ensure clearing of all food, crockery and cutlery and glassware etc., from the rooms at the end of the event and for ensuring rooms are left in a tidy manner, i.e. all food debris has been removed
    • Ensure rooms to be cleared no later than two hours from the time of delivery, or on completion of the meeting; whichever is the earlier.
    • Ensure that catering staff have used tableware, crockery, cutlery, etc. is collected subsequently at a time agreed with the recipient of the service
    • Receive requests for the retrieval of furniture and coordinate the preparation, delivery and setup of items at the appropriate business location(s) or in support of all events

    Customer Focus:

    • Work with teams to develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities, concentrating on those that most strongly contribute toward improving customer lifetime value
    • Interact with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services

    Technician (Mechanical HVAC)

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Operational Delivery:

    • Carry out basic HVAC/Airconditioning and Air handling equipment repair and maintenance of all building related issues as directed by the HVAC Technician and/or Technical Manager
    • Provide call out and standby services on demand in/out of operational hours when required
    • Ensure that all jobs are carried out in a safe and competent manner
    • Clean-up work area on completion of a job. Ensure the workshop is kept clean and clear at all times
    • Ensure that all Work Orders are completed prior to submission to the line manager
    • Proactively log any HVAC/Airconditioning and Air handling equipment maintenance issues you identify at the TFS Helpdesk

    • To provide support with regard to reactive and proactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance on HVAC/Airconditioning and Air handling equipment

    • Undertake proactive quality inspections of the site and log any issues identified with the TFS Call Centre
    • Undertake proactive and reactive maintenance tasks and repairs. Undertake planned preventative maintenance tasks
    • Carry out inspections in relation to OHS Act requirements and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the OHS Act requirements
    • Escort and oversee sub-contractors where necessary and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with OHS Act requirements
    • Ensure all sub-contractors leave the area in a clean and tidy state when the work is completed and ensure the sub-contractors remove their rubbish and waste from site once the work is completed.
    • Monitor all associated instrumentation and respond to results to active optimal operation.
    • Restart and operational verification of systems affected by HVAC/Airconditioning and Air handling equipment disruptions.

    Service Delivery Management:

    • Comprehensive maintenance, repair and operation of all components, structures and grounds associated with the site HVAC/Airconditioning and Air handling equipment systems.

    • Ensure the safety and maintenance of all assets and equipment.
    • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the Client and Tsebo management Teams.
    • Collaborate with suppliers, and contractors to ensure customer needs are met.
    • Ensure the maintenance stores and stock rooms are clean at all times
    • Do stock control and check stock levels as prescribed by HVAC Technician or Technical Manager.
    • Attend to HVAC associated electrical defect sand installations
    • Do standby and Call Out duties as and when required
