    Floor Advisor

    Job Summary

    • This role involves providing expert advice and support to customers on the sales floor, with a strong focus on input products. The Floor Advisor is responsible for stock management, merchandising, and ensuring excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Ordering, merchandising, and selling of stock
    • Monthly control checks on stock (stock counting)
    • Assisting clients in store
    • Sorting and storage of goods
    • Be willing to work overtime when required
    • Adhere to Health & Safety requirements

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • A related qualification (advantageous)
    • Pump, hardware, and irrigation knowledge
    • Good marketing skills

    Job Summary

    • The role involves conducting audits, identifying areas of risk, recommending process improvements, and ensuring that internal controls are adequate. The Internal Auditor plays a critical role in supporting risk management and enhancing organisational accountability and transparency.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Support the development and execution of risk‑based internal audit plans
    • Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits in line with internal standards
    • Identify, assess, and report key risks, control weaknesses, and compliance gaps
    • Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to strengthen risk management
    • Perform risk assessments and monitor emerging risks and regulatory changes.
    • Prepare audit reports, working papers, and follow up on corrective actions
    • Collaborate with management on risk mitigation, process improvements, and efficiency initiatives
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and regulators, and provide audit support
    • Promote awareness of internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit processes

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field
    • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) (advantageous)
    • Chartered Accountant (advantageous)
    • 3-5 years’ experience in internal auditing, external auditing, or risk management
    • Experience in the Agricultural industry (advantageous)
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
    • Excellent planning, organising, and time management skills
    • Proper report writing skills
    • Able to perform and execute duties in high pressure situations
    • Able to cope with deadlines, fast paced environments, and change
    • Able to work overtime when and where necessary
    • Strong sense of responsibility
    • Resilient, reliable, and innovative
    • Driver’s license (Code 08)
    • Valid Passport
    • Willing to do extensive traveling

    Job Summary

    • This role involves driving and supporting the sales of maize meal, animal feed, and related industrial products through proactive customer engagement, market development, and relationship building.
    • The position focuses on growing market share, providing technical product support, and ensuring the effective execution of sales, contract, and reporting processes in alignment with business objectives within the FMCG and Animal Feed sectors.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for maize meal, animal feed, and related products
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding the existing customer base
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and support
    • Drive repeat sales and increase volumes with existing clients
    • Provide accurate product information and market insights to customers
    • Stay informed on market trends, pricing structures, and industry developments
    • Resolve client queries and issues professionally and timeously
    • Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and proper authorisation
    • Coordinate with logistics to ensure efficient delivery and follow up on orders and payments

    • Qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
    • Knowledge of the grain industry, including pricing, market trends, and regulations
    • Experience in agricultural sales or commodity trading (advantageous)
    • Familiarity with grain logistics, quality standards, and contract management (advantageous)
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Ability to analyse market data and identify opportunities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple clients, territories, and deadlines
    • Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
    • Willingness to travel regularly
