    Director: Transversal Work Organisation Capacity Enablement (DOTP 01/2025)

    Job Purpose    

    • The Western Cape Government (WCG) has an exciting employment opportunity for a suitable individual who has a passion for serving others, to make a real difference in the quality of life of our residents by ensuring the provision of transversal work organisation capacity enablement (organisation design, process optimization policy, practice and process enablement across the Western Cape Government).

    Minimum Requirements    

    • An appropriate Degree at NQF 7 level in Social Sciences/ Industrial Psychology/ Public and Business Management Science or related.
    • Five (5) years experience at a middle/senior managerial level.
    • Successful completion of the Certificate for entry into the SMS (Senior Management Service) prior to appointment: The nominated candidate will be required to complete the Senior Management Pre-Entry Programme before the candidate may be appointed into this post.
