    Food & Beverage Supervisor – Waterberg Game Park

    • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing a high-performing team.
    • As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event services. You will ensure high service standards, maintain operational efficiency, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations
    • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house team members
    • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
    • Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback
    • Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
    • Maintain hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards
    • Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
    • Support scheduling and rota planning

    Resort Reception – Monomtapa Village

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Duties range from telephone, office administration, reservations, stock/asset control, data capturing and handling of money. Reception/housekeeping including preparing and checking in clients. This person must be able to work without supervision and have good customer relations. Relief Manager when on leave.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Matric
    • 2 years’ experience in a similar position
    • Computer literacy skills including Excel & Word.
    • Hospitality experience will be beneficial.

    Key Competencies and Personal Attributes:

    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Good communication skills
    • Own transport & Drivers Licence essential
    • Prepared to work on week-ends; public holidays that fall on a check in day, late evenings and call out.

    Handyman – Cayley Lodge & Mountain Resort

    Key Performance Areas:

    • The position is supporting the Maintenance Manager in all aspects of the technical / mechanical / grounds side of the resort functions.  The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining Air conditioning units of the resort including all refrigeration units. Must be prepared to work a 6-day week, shifts, public holidays weekends and overtime. Will be required to manage staff and liaise with Service providers to achieve desired standard.

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar maintenance position
    • Sound knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, building, carpentry, aircon, refrigeration, Hvac, heat pumps, water reticulation and pool maintenance
    • Be able to control stores & stock
    • Supervise staff, be hands on and assist in resort activities
    • Computer literate.

    Admin Controller: Property Finance and Administration

    • This role will suit an individual with experience in financial control. As the Timeshare Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that levy payments are processed within strict timelines as well as ensuring full usability of Timeshare weeks on various booking platforms.

    Key Performance Areas: The main responsibilities for the successful candidate:

    • Timeshare inventory control
    • Processing of levy payments

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience
