    Business Process and SAP Support Analyst (49835)

    Job Description

    • Are you an experienced SAP professional with a passion for process improvement and problem-solving?
    • We're looking for a Business Process and SAP Support Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our SAP landscape across all modules

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide first-line SAP support across all modules (FI, MM, PP, SD, QM)

    • Respond to support queries within 24 hours and track resolutions
    • Collaborate with business process teams to identify and resolve system or process gaps
    • Evaluate and improve current business processes, creating SAP cue cards and flowcharts

    • Maintain and create master data in line with company protocols
    • Prepare and execute material costings and assist in monthly costing runs
    • Investigate costing errors/warnings and implement corrective actions

    • Support SAP-related projects and coordinate with regional and group SAP teams
    • Test new SAP developments in the QAS system prior to go-live
    • Maintain detailed issue-tracking logs and generate support reports

    Requirements:

    • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Process Support or SAP Analyst role
    • Deep understanding of SAP modules, including FI, MM, PP, SD, and QM
    • Strong experience in SAP query resolution and support
    • Skilled in master data management with financial insight
    • Computer literate with advanced Excel skills
    • Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
    • Experience in project management will be an advantage
    • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime if required
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team

    • The Executive: Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for designing and driving the AA's end-to-end operational performance.
    • This includes an oversight of Emergency Road Services (ERS), Emergency Rescue Services, the Emergency Contact Centre (ECC) and Membership.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of the operations strategy in line with the organisation's strategic goals

    • Identify and evaluate new technologies and operational models to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery

    Education and Experience:

    • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a service-oriented industry (e.g., automotive, logistics, emergency services, insurance)
    • Proven track record of successfully leading large operational teams and managing complex service delivery networks
    • Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements, implementing new technologies, and achieving operational efficiencies
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable operational strategies
    • Deep understanding of operational best practices, process optimisation, and performance management

    Qualified Field Service Technician (49736)

    Job Description

    • Industry: High-Temperature Process Equipment (incinerators, furnaces, cremators, filtration systems)
    • Our client, a leading South African manufacturer of high-temperature process equipment, is seeking a skilled and qualified Field Service Technician / Burner & Furnace Technician to join their technical services team in Ballito.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex thermal systems both at the factory and at client sites globally. The role demands a high level of technical proficiency, adaptability, and strong client-facing capabilities.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Qualified Millwright or Electrician (Red Seal)
    • Valid Code B driver's license and passport
    • Minimum 3 years' post graduate/apprenticeship experience with industrial combustion systems, burners, or high-temperature processes
    • Strong understanding of combustion principles, burner systems (gas/oil-fired), and safety protocols
    • Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs/SCADA, industrial control panels, and interpreting electrical/mechanical drawings
    • Experience in commissioning, maintenance, and fault-finding of automated thermal equipment
    • Exposure to flue gas filtration systems, ducting, fans, and refractory lining installation
    • Familiarity with instrumentation (e.g., thermocouples, pressure sensors, flame detection)
    • Basic computer literacy (emails, technical reporting, remote diagnostics)
    • Physically fit and comfortable working in industrial environments, confined spaces, or remote locations

    • Conduct preventive maintenance, part replacements, and troubleshooting (remote & in-person)
    • Train clients on safe operation and basic maintenance
    • Replace worn/damaged components: refractory linings, sensors, control modules
    • Complete all field documentation: job cards, reports, checklists, and signoffs
    • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to improve product performance and resolve field issues
    • Contribute to maintenance schedules, SOPs, and client audit readiness
    • Occasionally coordinate with subcontractors or third-party service providers
